I would HIGHLY recommend OneStop Plumbing. Because of the recent weather, our sump pump failed and we needed someone out immediately to avoid flooding and damage to our newly finished floor. I called OneStop and they were friendly, professional, and FAST. Someone came out within 90 minutes and quickly replaced our sump pump.

My tenant's furnace stopped working this morning and the temperature is planned to go to minus 25 in the next couple days. I needed help fast. After my call to OneStop Pro, they came out to the house within a couple hours of calling. The technician thoroughly analyzed the furnace to find the problem. He then explained the details of the situation. It turned out not to be a broken, just needed a filter change. He was very professional and honest. I highly recommend them for Heating and A/C work.

Excellent, prompt service. We were having two ceiling fans installed and light sconces as well as having our leaky faucet fixed. There was an issue with one of the ceiling fans, that thankfully the technician caught before we installed, so we were able to exchange for one that worked properly. We ended up changing out our leaky faucet for a new one and it looks amazing. Everything was done perfectly and looks wonderful! This is definitely one stop shopping for all your household projects. We would highly recommend!

Very happy with this company. Called, spoke with a very polite lady who informed a tech would call back. Minutes later a tech called and asked ""how can I help you?"" Came by the next day and took care of the problem.

Want to say, was extremely impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the gentleman (Mr. Rob) who came to our home. He took time to explain how the furnace was working and was very courteous. Spoke to them on the phone and was told I'd receive a call back to schedule an appointment for an estimate after explaining what I wanted done. They were very friendly and explained a lot of different things that they do. It seemed to fit a lot of the odds and ends I wanted to look at from the drainage/sump/adding electric outlets, etc.

When I spoke to the technician he gave me a one hour range from 9-10am. This was a little annoying because we aren't living at the house we are fixing up yet, so we had to make sure we were at the house. But, understandable, I suppose, for this line of work if you have a lot going on.

The morning of the appointment, he didn't show up or give any communication. We called around 9:45am just to confirm and he didn't respond. Called again around 10:30 and finally connected with him around 11am. He was apologetic and it appeared that he made the appointment for the wrong date and time. This is ok, but the lack of availability during the time he was scheduled for was not professional and therefore we did not even reschedule. We wasted time by going to the place and he never showed up.

Had an electrical problem. Called and was able to come the next day. Was (barely) within the time block they gave me, which was fine. A bit expensive, but able to fix the problem quickly.
