I am getting ready for a solar install and needed to upgrade to 200 amp service. They came out and verified what I needed, gave me a fair quote, and cleared up some confusion between the solar installers and building department requirements. The electrician showed up on time, had a great sense of humor, and got along with my dog. When the job was finished he even reset the timers on my outside lighting including my garage. That's above what was expected. I will getting a quote from them for a tank-less water heater in the future.

Had them come out and give me a quote on a new AC. The technician was on time and they sent me a quote the same day.

I did not end up going with them since they were on the high side. To their defense it was a Trane unit they were quoting but with only a 5 year parts/labor. Usually most units have 1 year labor and 10 year parts.

Decided to go with a Lennox through another company.

We have been working for 2 weeks to get our dryer hooked up and everyone requires an appointment just for an estimate. So still waiting and going to the laundromat. We got an estimate from OneStop and they were very punctual and super thorough and nice. Their estimate was $250 than my other 2 for the dryer and the removal of an old walk-in bathtub, putting in a new one and then wall and floor tile was close to $10k without materials. Seems pricey to me but what do I know?

The night between the 2 hottest days of the year and our AC decides to stop working. I reached out to a bunch of companies that night and OneStop Pro took our appointment the next morning and showed-up earlier any other companies could have (understandable given the climate). All along the way they were communicative of updates via email/text/phone. Robert took our call and he very quickly diagnosed the issue. We had a mouse that decided to act as a jumper in our capacitor! Robert and OneStop Pro replaced the capacitor and had the AC running in less than 30 minutes! He even cleaned out all the cottonwood that had quickly built up around the unit over the last week. Thank you Robert and the OneStop Pro team from our family.
