The best experience I could have hoped for. I am in the process of selling my home, inspector found a leak. They called and told me to get it fixed ASAP and not to go back into the house. I called OneStop and within 30 minutes received a phone call back, scheduled an appointment, and got it fixed right away. Even while at my home very thorough! Found the originally leak and as they were packing up, wanted to double check something else and found another small leak and fixed it. The best! Thank you!

We had a messy dishwasher install done by the original owner of our home. The DW needed to be replaced, but the installers could not work with the existing plumbing and electrical. There were also some safety issues and improper materials used in the orig config.

Enter OneStop. They were able to quote the day after we called them. Show up the day after that, and get the work completed over two days. Each type of work had a separate specialist doing the job, four in total. They each did a fantastic job on their piece, and the entire job looks well done, with all of the prior issues resolved.

Kudos to Robert, who coordinated all of the technicians, to get in and get each of their pieces of the job done. Excellent project/job management. I never had to call to ask when the job would be finished (I know, right?)

The final result is amazing work, completed by multiple, qualified technicians, in the window of time they originally provided.

If you want it done right, by professionals, this is your company.

These guys are amazing. I had an issue with a pipe during the really cold days we had this winter and when everyone else put me on a waiting list during a crisis these guys came by and fixed the issue the SAME DAY! Robert was incredibly responsive, efficient and courteous. In addition I had them out again very soon afterward to take a look at something else since I was so impressed with their first service visit and again same thing. I am big at looking at the reviews prior to choosing anyone that I work with (OneStop Pro's included) and I can assure you from personal experience that all of the reviews these guys have on here are true and accurate! If you are looking for a one stop shop for all of your home care needs handled by true pros then there is no need to look any further, this is the place to pick!

Excellent service by Onestop pro. Dan, the owner, takes personal interest in making sure the customer is happy. They provided a clear quote and took care of the water heater replacement and electrical work for me. Very smooth and no change to what was originally quoted. we had -25 degree extreme weather and our furnace went out. a service tech came right away, which was surprising as most places were backed up and even tried to walk us through things over the phone to help. i was very pleased at the service, timeliness, and the fix they implemented so we could have heat going again with 2 small kids at home!

So, I was one of the many people that were affected by the polar vortex that ripped through Illinois. This past Friday evening my pipe burst in my kitchen and flooded the floor and the crawlspace beneath. I did not know what to do and I was very confused where to even begin. After calling my insurance company, I looked on Angie's List to find a reputable plumber who had a emergency services 24 hours a day and who could help me with my emergency. Needless to say I was put on a waiting list with eight plumbers that evening. The next morning which was Saturday, I received a call from Mike at ServicePro stating that he would be out shortly to help me with my problem and reassured me that he can get it fixed. I had no idea that I would come in contact with one of the nicest, sweetest, brightest, compassionate and professional person that i've ever endured in connection with home repairs. Not only did Mike come in my home at the exact time he said he would and correct the problem, he reassured me that everything was going to be OK and literally hugged me because I was tearing up. Being Italian, I am a hugger and I hugged him back and thanked him for his kindness. I knew right then and there that he was a genuine person with a heart. I truly believe that Mike is a total asset to this company and I highly recommend anybody who has an emergency or just a simple plumbing job to use this company. Needless to say, my kitchen was torn down to the studs due to the water damage. Thank God that Mike came when he did or else the problem would have been much worse. I actually felt like I had a family member in my home, someone who I could totally trust and know that my problem would be resolved with his help. If I could give this company and Mike 100 stars I would. Five stars doesn't seem enough to me. Kudos to you Mike for helping me during a very difficult time and making me feel reassured that it would be OK. You should be commended for a job well done. You're presentation of this company proves to me that I will never call anyone else if ever needed! Thank you so very much! I would HIGHLY recommend OneStop Plumbing. Because of the recent weather, our sump pump failed and we needed someone out immediately to avoid flooding and damage to our newly finished floor. I called OneStop and they were friendly, professional, and FAST. Someone came out within 90 minutes and quickly replaced our sump pump.
