1. Speed - came to my home in 15 minutes
2. Professional - evaluation was quick and experienced technicians , finished the job early morning the next day.
3. Ethical - did not try to scam me and upsell like the previous HVAC technician I called.

I messaged them last night at midnight about coming out to fix our A/C condenser. We came back from the long weekend and it wouldn't start and was HOT out. They called me in the morning and were out here by 11am. No extra emergency fee. We had a Mouse situation that they fixed and we're up and running in 30 minutes. At 39 weeks pregnant I can't tell you how thankful I am!!!

They were able to come out the afternoon I called to make a request so the response is extremely fast. The tech arrived and got right to work inspecting my A/C unit and then explained every thing. He was in and out in about an hour with the maintenance and recharge. Great experience, would call again if needed HVAC service in the future!

They gave me a very competitive quote in comparison to other companies, best around actually. I think the quality of the electric work was fantastic and everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly and responsive.

This was our first time getting this level of electrical service (100 amp to 200 amp) so we were unsure what to expect. Given that, my only feedback is to make sure to walk people through the detail of what work goes in and the outcome in advance. That said, the owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns, giving me confidence to work with them again.

Quick response to come and see the job request (fix an outdated dishwasher conduit and get estimates on some possible can lighting). Robert came and installed our dishwasher electrical ($150) within a half hour and gave an estimate on the other work which seems reasonable but I am not sure really what those electrical services costs! Either way we received a prompt response to our inquiry and service was professional. We had one item fall from a shelf by where Robert was working but that is on us since it was close to the work station.

I wanted to write a review as OneStop Pro actually came out to give me a quote for a job at my residence. I was stuck with one area of electricity (from one of my circuit breakers) not ""on / functioning"" after my home had experienced a complete power outage for about 10 minutes the day before my service.
Sam was fantastic and I would rate him with 5 stars. (He ended up not needing to run new wire for me and figured out what the issue was that was causing the lack of power to a certain area. He offered up some explanations to me so I would know what was going on and something that I should consider upgrading at my home (when I would be able to afford to do so). Thanks, Sam!
OneStop Pro as a company gets rated with 5 stars as well, because the company actually had someone who answered the phone AND was able to get someone out to give me an estimate. I like the fact that I was priced for a job. (Being charged by the hour is a bit unsettling, because one would not know how long a job would take. PLUS there were a handful of companies that did not answer or did not get back to me with leaving a message either.)
The only reason I gave an overall rating of 4, though, is that even with my price being a little less than what was originally quoted, it was still a pretty hefty cost for a job that took a little more than an hour to complete.
OneStop Pro would be one of the places I would contact if I needed a job to get done!
