I called at 9pm Monday, scheduled an appt for the following day. Robert arrived the following day at noon, he was quick and went straight to work. The job cost me a few hundred bucks but it was worth it since my husband and I couldn't figure out what the issue was with our ac not kicking on (it was the conductor). He replaced it and got it working within half hour.

I'd call one stop pro again for sure! Let's hope my a/c doesn't give out again though!

My AC unit went out this week, along with everyone else's so every HVAC is booked. I tried another business who put me on schedule and then didn't show up on time and didn't notify me of any delay (check my recent reviews).

I tried OneStop instead and I'm glad I did. Dan reached out quickly and despite probably being neck deep in customer calls answered my questions as quickly as he could and got me on the schedule for the following day. None of the other HVAC places I worked with before had availability until Monday.

Dan got here on time, diagnosed the issue almost immediately, and got it fixed within the same time frame he had scheduled his arrival. No joke or exaggeration, I don't think I've ever had anyone fix something that quickly. I'm sure it helped that I was able to do some troubleshooting on my own beforehand to narrow down the possible issues. But even without that, I'm confident Dan would have had it figured out regardless.

Cost was more than fair. The last time I had the capacitor changed on the AC Unit was 8 years ago and I was expecting higher costs today because it was so long ago, but prices were pretty comparable. It's not something you see these days and it's very welcome!

Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and it was totally worth spending another hot, sleepless night without AC to know my money is going to an honest owner that focuses on customer experience.

Water heater replacement. Michelle quoted job over the weekend. Provided a fair price vs 2 other bids. Service scheduled and Alex showed up on-time, explained what he'd be doing, completed job, hauled away old water heater and left the area cleaner than when he started. A+ service. Would definitely use OneStop Pro again.

Hired One Stop to come look at an electrical issue with our HVAC system due to lightning from the recent storms. Robert was great. He arrived on time and explained the problem to me as he went and he was able to get the issue resolved for us the same day. Very courteous, professional, and honest. Would definitely use again.

I am blown away by the service I received from One Stop Pro! My toilet wasn't refilling after flushing and was a big source of frustration for my family. I called One Stop and made an appt to check out the toilet. Alex was my technician and he arrived right on time and was such a pleasant and easygoing person to work with. He identified the problem right away and gave me the straightforward options to fix it. I ended up replacing the toilet and Alex went above and beyond by telling me the cheapest and best toilet to purchase and went above and beyond to make sure I got the toilet replaced that same day. He even checked out my leaky sink while he was at it. Couldn't be happier with the service. I hope I don't need to call a plumber again anytime soon, but you can bet that if I do it will be to One Stop.

These guys are awesome, they came quickly after we called them out for concerns about flickering lights. They had 2 servicemen out to check out the entire problem starting at the cable box all the way to the lightbulb circuit. Well worth the price and peace of mind!

Alex Munoz was a very courteous professional. He contacted us on the way over to the house so we were prepared for his arrival. However, we wanted to have the patency of our outflow pipe to the washing machine inspected because we were concerned of a possible partial blockage causing water to back flow into the house. While we were certain it was weather/temperature dependent (it was subzero temps) causing our issue, we still wanted someone to check that there was no debris accumulating within the pipes. We were hopeful they would come in with tools to check. Alex came in without any tools and eye-balled our pipes. He said, ""I don't believe there's anything in the pipes causing this issue. It's likely due to a small amount of water that froze causing the blockage."" Although we had thought that ahead of his diagnosis, we were looking for definitive confirmation, perhaps with a camera or with a tool that can be slid down the length of the piping making sure the pipe was in fact clear of debris. Nevertheless, we did feel his assessment was reasonable; just not giving us the full reassurance we were looking for. We would consider this company again in the future but perhaps with something of an obvious problem with a definitive solution.
