Joanne L.Conrad and Wade did an awesome job finding the leak and making the necessary repairs. They kept me updated throughout the process. Will highly recommend and go back to them if needed.
I contacted the company for a water leak in the kitchen ceiling. 1st trip out was unsuccessful in getting access to the leak. Paid my bill for coming out and cutting a hole in the ceiling. My contractor came in and cleared all the cabinets and drywall for the 2nd plumbing crew. 2nd plumbing crew came in to the completely exposed pipes with complete access and a pin hole water leak. The price seemed high for 2 sleeves, 2 90's and about a foot of pipe, but I'm not a plumber and maybe copper is really high right now. Labor seems high as well but maybe $300 an hour is the going rate? After the repair was complete and the pipes cooled down, the Plumbing apprentice on scene was tasked, by the main plumber, with turning off the upstairs tub faucet. He supposedly did that, as I watched him go upstairs, into the master bath and come back down. That seemed to take a bit longer than it should have to turn two valves. Seemed like he was up there about 3 minutes. Then they cleaned up and as the apprentice was on his way out the door, the main plumber told him to make sure he turns our home water valve back on, all the way. As I walked out with the plumber to get a business card, the water valve was not turned on all the way by the apprentice who was already in the waiting vehicle. The main plumber noticed that and turned the valve all the way on. Once they left, I went upstairs to the bath tub to find running water... not dripping, but running out of the faucets that the apprentice supposedly ""turned off""... strike two for him.
Response was quick, on both call outs. Plumbers were polite. I did have to call the main office to get the second appointment, after my contractor called them and they forgot to call me back. I don't fault them for that because I'm sure they are busy.
Well, we live in Corona, in Sierra Del Oro homes. We recently found water free standing in the hall way on Sunday. I looked on Yelp for a ""GOOD"" plumber and found One Stop Plumbing - I read the reviews and felt good about calling them in. So glad we did! The gal on the phone, super sweet - they were professional and gave me a time frame of 4-6 but managed to get to us earlier - We met Conrad first, he arrived and looked over this situation and discussed things with us, very knowledgable! We decided to stick with One Stop Plumbing and have them do the work for us. The scheduling was great, we had 2 guys arrive today - Wade and Ruben - both of them were so courteous and professional - putting their booties on each time they went in and out of the house. They placed floor covering all over the areas they were going to be working on. They told me what I can expect and I really appreciated this. My dogs were going nuts and they tried to calm them down! I Was blown away by this! They worked together so nicely and I noticed, when they were talking to each other, they were respectful to one another. It wasn't like one guy was over the other guy, they were both team players and gave respect to each other - that, I have not seen in trades unfortunately - until today! made my day really :)
We have water now and my husband and I are very happy on the fast turn around this took!!!
I strongly recommend One Stop Plumbing for your home!
We really enjoyed Wade and Ruben - I took a pic of my husband Ted and them - new friends
Great work. Fast, on time and reasonably priced. Second time using them. My to go plumber from now on.
Alki H.Once again! OneStop to the rescue. Prompt and super friendly service from OneStop Plumbing. They came out unplugged our drain as quickly as it was clogged. Clean and courteous crew. I liked the advertised/ known price for most services. Helps avoid the awkward battles that can happen going back and forth.
More importantly they came out sooner than later and fixed things right away!
Thanks again!!
John B.Nick was early. I explained and showed him the problem. Was finished so fast. Clean install. Amazing service!
Thanks :)
Great service, I had Ryan come out and help us, and he was very friendly, professional and thorough on explaining the problems we were having and how he was gonna fix them.
Don G.On time and did the work promised at the price quoted. Friendly and fast. Water pressure is finally good again. Thanks.
Nestor A.Highly recommended. Travis came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, and repaired it even quicker! Great pricing and valued work. OneStop is our only call for plumbing issues! Thanks all!!
Got 2 plumbers to come out a year ago and check a leak in the ceiling. This plumber charged me 125.00 for the visit and said I needed to do about 400 in repairs. The 2nd guy said it looks like overflow drain isnt sealed. He put caulk around it and that stopped the leak and he didn't even charge me for the visit. I wish I knew the 2nd company that came out.
