I heard leaking noise in my downstairs bathroom last night. I decided to email One Stop Plumer after I saw so many positive reviews. I got a call early this morning and set up a same day appointment. Nick showed up on time. He is very courteous and professional. He know immediately where the problem is and fixed it right away. He also recommended what to do if the problem keeps coming back and provided with a quote. He was very patient and checked out all the places where I thought there were possible problems and cleaned out a drain. The charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use and recommend their services!

Probably the BEST experience I have ever had with a repair company/man.

I thought I had a slab leak due to a warm tile so I made the call. The dispatch picked up first call and said they could send someone out same day between 2-4. (Typically you know its closer to 4 when they say that) The tech Nick called me at 1:50 and told me he would be here in 10 minutes.

Nick was courteous and professional and determined it was not a leak, and went over all the scenarios and what to keep an eye on if it were a leak.

He was out of here in 20 minutes, and cost me $0.

What a company. Definitely my next call for any issue.

I just want to say a special thanks to Nick and Ryan. Seriously, these guys just saved us a bunch of money by being able to repair a pipe in the wall that was blocked. They took their time because this was not a simple fix, and could have caused us to have to remove the drywall, but they were able to figure out the problem in a very logical, ordered and thought out process to isolate the problem. They carefully proceeded step-by-step until they understood the issue and were able to address it in a non-invasive manner. It could have cost us thousands of dollars in repairs and they saved the day. They had a goal of making sure our family had water by the evening and accomplished what I am certain others could not. The workmanship was very clean. They also gave us a break on the cost of repairs because we are a repeat customer. These guys are really fantastic, and I will not go to any other plumber other than One-Stop Plumbers. Thank you again Nick and Ryan. We are really grateful. You guys did a great job and we really appreciate it.

OneStop does it again! After getting a quote from another company, my wife looked back through our invoices to see who worked with us last time. Wade from OneStop replaced our garbage disposal under our kitchen sink 3 years ago and now the disposal under the bar sink needed replacing. Nick was available to get the job done within a few hours of my call. Problem fixed and for half of what the other company was asking for! Thank you OneStop!

User OneStop plumbers service 2 times for rooting underground drains and flushing the boiler, plus to replace thingy that evens out input water pressure.
Was pleasantly surprised how meticulous, punctual and knowledgeable service people were.

You guys are amazing! Yesterday I called panicking that my tenant said there was a leak coming down from the ceiling of the kitchen from the bathroom upstairs. Wade was there in less than an hour. He made a small hole in the ceiling and found that it was simply the silicone caulking on the shower tub upstairs needed to be done. He took care of it. I was worried that it was going to be a major job but thankfully it was straightforward. Thank you for your honesty. I also user your company 3 years ago for a new water heater and was thrilled with the service then. I know I need to change the water regulator soon so will contact you when ready for that.
