I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink and searched for plumbers on Yelp. I found OneStop Plumbers had the best and most reviews so I gave it a shot and discovered that it's no wonder they have the best and most reviews.

Michael V. came to my home to diagnose the issue. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything and laid out all of our options with estimates before performing work. He explained how everything has gone paperless and that I'd get my receipt emailed to me. He was very thorough in the service he performed and made sure that the problem he diagnosed was the actual problem and that the fix he implemented solved it.

My overall experience was above par and Michael's customer service was exceptional. If I ever have any issues with my plumbing in the future, I have OneStop Plumbers saved in my phone!

Called One Stop last week for a kitchen faucet install. The service man, EJ, phoned before he came and arrived as scheduled. Very professional and courteous. Installed the faucet in a timely manner and gave me an estimate to have new valves installed as I had noticed one was leaking. Today, One Stop's Mike Verdugo was here to do the valve installation. Mike was also very professional and cordial and did the job, checked for leaks and checked the water pressure. One Stop will be my go-to plumber from now on!
