We had a main sewer backed up so we called OneStop. They were quick to send someone out. We requested a hydro jetting which cost $325 as apposed to snaking which costs $175. We wanted to make sure the problem didn't come back anytime soon. The hydro jet plumber was there for maybe 20 minutes and was gone. Not even 1 week later, we have a back up main line again. So we call the plumbers and they don't have a hydro jet machine available so they send a plumber with a snake. He spends about 45 minutes out there and had us run the water for 10 minutes to make sure there's no back up.

Each time we spoke to the company's employees/owners, they kept trying to push a camera job which would cost another $350. Real plumbers just need to know what they are doing so why should we pay for a camera if you know your job?

When I call to request the invoice, the owners wife must have been having a bad day because I could already tell she was moody. She acted like I already had the invoice and that they have been trying to collect for a while now. Soon she realized they had not sent the invoice out so she finally did. When I asked her about how she was going to charge it, since the hydro jetting didn't work but (we thought) the snaking did, she got all upset with me and started scolding me like I was one of her children. She said that the snaking was a courtesy job. Really? You mean we aren't guaranteed quality work? She kept scolding me so I hung up. Then she calls me back and leaves me a message scolding me again. So I told my husband about this and he called to pay the bill and inquire about her rudeness. The owner himself called my husband back and basically made excuses for her.

Just one week after all of this, our main line backs up again! My father in law was in town that week and he's a master plumber. So he rents a snake machine from Home Depot for $80, he snakes the line for about 2 hours, then at night he pours root killer in each of the toilets which cost $15 each, and here we are one month later and our lines are still clear. He recommends to pour root killer in each toilet once every 6 months to keep the lines clear. I hope this advice helps anyone out there with root problems.

I needed a new 75 gallon water heater installed into my garage. When I called them for a quote they asked me to text them a photo of my old heater. Minutes later I received a texted quote for the heater including labor, parts and all code upgrades. They were more reasonable than another plumber I used in the past so I accepted. They showed up the same day (a Saturday afternoon) and two guys installed the new heater in about 2 hours and I was up and running again with hot water in no time. They were professional, courteous and did a great job. The job-site was clean after completion as well. I would hire them again.

I never used these guys before but I had a clogged drain that I had to have cleared immediately. Called them at 7AM and Rueben was here at 8AM and had the drain cleared in 20 min. One Stop plumbing is great this is my second time I have I called they Ashley was very knowledgeable on water heaters she was able to quote me out over the phone with just a picture of my old water heater they were able to send a plumber out with the water heater I needed and Nick the plumber was also great he got the water heater installed and running in less than two hours no corners cut the job looked good after he was done I would recommend one stop plumbing to friends and family

Our water pressure was extremely low. Ryan came out and knew what the problem was immediatel. He was very nice and extremely efficient. He took care of the problem and left the area clean. I will absolutely call them again in the future.
