Rip off. No itemized receipt upon payment (says I will get an email within the hour - I suppose so I can't immediately see how I was ripped off). $450 for toilet (could not fix due to not having the specific gasket), leaky sink with non-working on/off (could not fix due to not having parts), but did fix downstairs leaky sink (changed parts). So basically 1 of 3 items were fixed - but a hefty price tag. I will still have to pay to fix the other 2 issues. Don't think I'll be calling them a second time - One Stop and you're done!

Same day service, knowledgeable and fair! Service tech was friendly and had to troubleshoot a bit to fix the problem. Literally from phone call to fixing the problem was 1 hour.

I am soooooo happy. Same day service. I had my new fridge delivered today but they could not install due the valve for water. I really need my fridge asap. I called GL and immediately he said send me a picture I will give you a quote and can come today. Within minutes of sending the pictures I had a quote and they were at my home within a few hours. They explained everything they were doing and were done in less than 30 minutes.

Beware! I'm not sure why this plumbing company has so many good reviews, in a nutshell the technician that they sent to my home tried to upsell the job as much as he could. I just needed a small leak fixed and I really don't have the money to fix all these other items that he insisted on. Unfortunately I had to send him on his way because I was feeling uncomfortable with him being in my home during these times. I'm not the type to write A review for some thing usually but this time it was kind of weird and me and my husband felt awkward with this particular company so I thought I would put a review just so you can be careful if you decide to go with them and be more cautious with your decision on any type of plumbing repairs.

After waiting nearly two hours for the homeowner warranty plumber to arrive, which they never did and no call was ever received, I called One Stop as water was gushing from an overflow pipe for the two hours I waited for the other guys. One Stop arrived in about an hour and replaced a water regulator for what I considered to be a reasonable cost. Problem solved. Never did hear from the home warranty plumber service provider.

Had a leak in my main line close to the house.. Joe came out assessed the problem and did the work in a professional and timely manner.. Might not be the cheapest but I appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of the technician... Would definitely use them again

I have used OneStop Plumbers several times over the years. I find them to be fair and honest. The ladies in the office are always friendly and informative when I call. I have dealt with other plumbing companies in the past. OneStop Plumbers is one of the few companies that gave me the cost of replacing my water heater over the phone. I have only used them ever since. I have called them out for things as small as replacing a hose bib to the challenge of repairing a slab leak. My husband is always happy with the work they do. The plumbers that have come out to my home are clean and professional. I have recommended them to friends and family who have also been very pleased with their services.
