Over priced service.

They don't give pricing before hand and then give you an over $1,000.00 bill for clearing a stoppage that was apparently cleared before they even got there. Do not recommend for ANYONE unless you just have money to give away.
Also almost forgot to mentioned this service has no warranty. So we just paid and have no assurance that what they did was effective at all for the house.

So please save yourself the headache and the money and find someone else.

Tom was the first plumber to visit our house after we bought it. Our real estate agent recommended him. He's worked at our home several times since and his work has always been of great quality. He is very professional and responsive, too. He also does a good job explaining his work and recommendations, and absolutely no pressure or upsell. He was even able to recommend another plumbing company when a job required some specialized equipment more in the realm of a plumbing contractor.

Tom is usually our first call when we need plumbing work and I have no reservation about recommending him (and I assume his brother is great too!).

I can't recommend this company enough. We had a sump pump installed and not only were they friendly, one time, and efficient, but they really did go above and beyond making sure unwanted critters did not enter our home during the installation. John also handled pouring new concrete and further solidified the bottom of our door to ensure water and animals would not enter. Additionally, their quote was competitive and the final cost matched their quote. I plan on using this company for any future plumbing needs.

The owner came out on a holiday. I was expecting a simple vanity removal and installation of a new one. He was cordial, on time, and inspected the job. He told me what he had to do based on measurements and had some great handyman skills to install a vanity that I had mismeasured by an two inches. His idea, tradesman ship, and final product were excellent. He superseded my expectations spending several hours making sure everything was fine tuned. He asked me several questions about the drain and offered to run a snake through it. He caulked his work and needed not one trip to Home Depot as he had everything with him. He also installed a new kitchen faucet. He cleaned up his work thoroughly and asked for nothing. I have never had a plumber with communication skills this excellent and efficiency even better. He was respectful and intelligent and someone you would not mind having in your home

John and his brother changed the main water valve for my home. They were honest and up front about how much time they thought it would take, and their hourly pricing was extremely reasonable. They were very fast and responsive to come by, give an estimate, and do the repair work. They were flexible on me providing parts, explained everything they did as they did it. When the street water shut off valve didn't work as expected, John devised a solution with his vacuum cleaner to get the job done. Very impressed!

I highly recommend O'Neill Bros. Plumbing. John O'Neill is a master plumber and master gasfitter who grew up in the area and started this company with his brothers. The O'Neill brothers installed a new hot water heater for us last week and did a phenomenal job. The water heater in our house was about 25 years old and needed an upgrade. They were very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced after getting three estimates from licensed plumbers. John and Jimmy were respectful and patient in explaining our options, walking us through the process, and answering our questions. I appreciated their honesty and that they really had our best interest in mind with their recommendations. To top it off, they left the area where they worked completely spotless. Their work passed the WSSC inspection without any problems. We will be calling the O'Neill Bros. from now on to do all of our plumbing work!
