"spring duct cleaning" text marketing campaign is a nightmare. their recent blast was sent as a group text...really really bad idea. group texts have been proven to be a bad idea in most situations. my new cell number belonged to one of your deceased targets. when you sent that text and i replied, "stop", onecall forced "stop" to be texted to all of her loved ones' cell phones! someone's wife, sibling, mom, etc all got a text from the proverbial grave! now, they are all calling me, wondering how the hell i know them and got all their telephone numbers! bizarre? yes! god only knows what each of them was doing at the moment a dead loved one sends a text exclaiming, "stop". traumatic for them, and now it's boomeranging as a harassment on me!!!
this group text marketing plan was dumb, irresponsible and incendiary. you suck

I had a clogged shower drain with a drain stopper that was difficult to open. I suspected that the drain was clogged with hair and debris as no water was draining. I called One Call Plumbing in the morning and they arrived before noon! Two plumbers, Willie and Siul, went right in and found that the drain was clogged around the stopper. They removed the clog in minutes and had our shower back to operational after months of trouble!! I couldn't believe how efficient and professional these gentleman were! I would never choose another plumbing company after my amazing experience with One Call! I'm telling all my friends and family that this is the only plumbers they'll ever need! Huge thanks to Willie and Siul for the expertise! 10 out of 10 -- I highly recommend!

Melinda is sooooo awesome!! I called the office to request a permit, because my electricity company was requesting one, Melinda picked up the phone and stated I didn't need one and I was confused, she took an extra effort to reach out to the license office to figure out why they were requesting one when the home already had power source running, and that I could just do a transfer.

She even joined me on a conference call to explain the situation to center point to figure out what the problem is. She was very patient, kind and assertive! Whew!! Such an amazing woman!

I wish it was a more happy experience as a whole, but as anyone who needs a plumber is probably not in a great situation. I had a water main leak caused by a tree removal. Zach was out super fast and identified the issue and even more issues that I was unaware of caused by the builder (PvC underground piping not buried deep enough, PvC connected to the house, PvC direct across line of roots of a very big and dearly missed tree, etc) One Call is very honest and open about pricing and options and did an amazing job with high quality craftmanship.
