David Nieves with ONE CALL HOUSTON is as good as it gets! There is nothing worse than my husband without AC - when we came home to a steamy Houston house, it was code RED. David came out, fixed the problem IMMEDIATELY, gave us a GREAT deal! Five Stars!!!!!

Onecall has been out SEVERAL times to work on a zoned air conditioning unit. It works for a couple of weeks and then they come back. Yesterday we were told that even though it's not fixed, there isn't anything wrong with our unit? Really?! It freezes up EVERY DAY but there's nothing wrong with it. They also continually send junior service guys out instead of someone that might know what we need. VERY frustrating in a super HOT Houston. I do not recommend this company.

I have used One Call for a variety of issues over the years and they have always provided outstanding service, have been quick to respond to requests, always show up on time, and can be counted on to fix the problem right the first time. Edgar is a great guy and runs a top notch company. On my most recent call, Devin was extremely helpful and provided excellent options when I faced a number of different problems with one of my properties. There is not a better group in town!

The service was very quick, I needed an ventilation controller as mine was giving out an E3 alarm, the technician came out, stayed for 10 minutes, deduced I needed a new one, came back the next day, fitted said controller and charged $525 for 20 mins work and a $70 part, never stayed around to make sure the ac started working again, which it never, came back the next day and found an apparent leak on the system, my ac system is less then 5 years old, which the technician kept telling me in older systems leaks are frequent, he never found a leak and changed me an additional $465. I have a friend who works in ac, he was away at the time, and I was told I had my pants royally pulled down

Today on Memorial Day our A/C decided to quit, noticed it around 1:30 or so, checked breaker box and switch on the unit, all ok, called the office and talked with Tina around 2, she got the info and arranged for a Service Tech who got here around 3. Hector quickly found the problem, the capacitor, replaced it, did the follow up check both outside and in the attic, and we were back in cool air. For a holiday both Tina and Hector did great. Always have good work from these guys.

Rigo came out today and was very professional and knowledgeable. So far very satisfied with the work he did! He also gave me a quote bathroom remodeling. Happy to have found a plumbing company that seems like they know what their doing!!!!

I called ONE CALL to look at a potential leak under the house that a foundation company discovered as they were doing work. ONE CALL had
done a major job for me before when I was out of town--cost was close to $6000. As the tech from ONE CALL was looking at the pipe he noticed that there was another problem with a different pipe. This other pipe was not slopped and so it was holding water. I mentioned to the tech that in fact ONE CALL had replaced this pipe charging almost $6000. I spoke to Edgar the owner and he said he would come out and fix the problem. THis must have been when he thought he could criminally overcharge me again for the job I had called them out for-- I found out that the amount I paid ONE CALL for the other job was almost twice as much as two other companies--John Moore and Sandtech-- would have charged for the same job. As it happened, the pipe under the house was fixed by the foundation company and now that ONE CALL didn't have the new job he decided he would not repair that bad work his tech discovered from the previous job they did. I called John Moore for a second option since ONE CALL now started denying there was even a problem, despite the fact that their own tech discovered the problem. John Moore confirmed the pipe was not placed deeply enough into the ground and did not slop and was not allowing water to flow from under the house. The John Moore tech told me to call the company that did the work and get them to make the repair. His jaw also dropped when I told him what ONE CALL charged me. He said he used to work there and the culture was terrible and the company was doing really poorly now. I have been trying to get Edgar from ONE CALL on the phone for two weeks. Last time we spoke he told me I wanted work done for free. I am going to take this up with the better business bureau but thought I would try to stop others from getting into a hot mess with these folks.

Fair pricing. Fixed my issue. BUT showed up 4 hours passed the window that they told me. I called to see what was going on at the end of the window and the receptionist said she would call me back, no call happened. Mario was excellent at solving my problem though!

We have used One Call for two different jobs. Rigo was out today to change my faucet out. He did a great job. It is not the least expensive plumbing job, but it was done right and with respect to my home. I can recommend. For our other job, they fixed our Heating problem and did a great job!

Please don't put yourself through the horrible experience of making the one call that can ruin your life! This company doesn't care about you, they will lie to your face and gladly take your money without a bat of an eye. Calling them for a duct replacement, then getting a whole new and sealed system, as Vic likes to call it, was a complete lie and quickly turned into a nightmare. As everything in my home including my husband and myself stay covered with refrigerant and oil from the botched ac system instillation, not able to run a 13,000$ system due to One Call's mistakes, I can't even get a call back. So for the sake of your sanity and your wallet do yourself a favor and call anyone else for your home needs!
