After a lot of problems with an earlier plumbing outfit, I was doubtful about the next one. However, One World Plumbing really raised the bar on my expectations. I received a friendly phone call half an hour before their arrival. Two men came out. Mike in particular kept me informed the whole time on the process of evaluating three separate issues. They were able to fix a toilet problem right on the spot. Mike explained everything they were doing and gave me background information that I could relate to contractors who would need to address related concerns in the future. They were polite and professional, leaving the bathroom spotless before they left. Mike even asked if I had any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
