Absolutely unbelievable service! These guys were professional, responsive, courteous and incredibly efficient. I have a list of plumbing professionals I use that I rely on. However, after just one service call, One Way Rooter not only is added to the list but will be my first and primary call - and they are being placed ahead of any others on my list. Sometimes plumbers get bogged down with lots of work and place you in the queue for when they can get to you. I'll wait for these guys. It's absolutely worth it. They are like family - you call the people you know you can rely on and that's definitely One Way Rooter. Very happy I made the initial call. Great people.

These guys have a communication problem also. Said they would come out at 8 called back they said noon, called back they said oh we should be there by 5pm. Don't worry I said come tomorrow. They said we will be there first thing in the morning.
First thing no plumber. I called oh yeah we will be there at 11am. I think my office text you. NOT! They did come and fix the problem.550 to replace corroded water pipes.
I guess bottom line is the problem is fixed and you just can't expect for people to live up to their word or at least call and explain what's happening.
