My kitchen faucet just stopped working all of a sudden. Pablo made an appointment and showed up exactly on time with a mask. Pablo was also happy to accommodate my request for him to wear shoe covers.

Pablo quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and gave me recommendation for preventative maintenance. I was advised to do yearly cleaning on my hot water heater, which left sediments in the pipe, eventually built up to the point of blocking the water entirely.

Definitely recommend for great service and supporting a local family business!

My water heater was severely leaking on Mother's Day. I called One Way Rooter Services and spoke with Pablo. A crew came out the next day and did a great job at replacing the water heater at a reasonable price. They did such a great job in a timely manner I contracted them to re-pipe my entire house with copper piping and change out a sewer line. They did a a great job. In fact, I noticed my bathroom sink seemed to be clogged and thought it was related to the work they did. Pablo sent some one out to check the issue out and we found out it was just a clot of hair. Given all the work I provided him, he did not charge me to unclog the bathroom sink. I highly recommend Pablo and this company.
