I called Pablo to assess my old tankless water heater. He was quick to respond and came right on time the next day. He was very upfront about the options and estimate. We decided to move forward with the tankless water heater replacement. The replacement wasn't an easy job considering our old home and improper installation from a previous plumber but his guys were able to relocate the heater and bring it all up to code. They also did additional work that other companies would of charged me for but he kept his word on the quote. I will continue to call Pablo for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company for any Plumbing/water heater needs.

I was referred to One Way as our first floor of our commercial building was flooding. They came out within an hour and stopped the flooding.
Found corroded cast iron pipe under building and broken clay pipe headed out to city sewer. Gave a fair estimate and scheduled work when the tenants were closed for business. They spent almost 12 hours breaking the sidewalk, getting out the broken pipes, relining everything and then re-cementing the sidewalk.
Tremendous job. I applaud them and their communication with me throughout the process.

My toilet was not flush properly so contacted One way rooter service. Pablo, Leo and Luis were very professional and done the job perfectly. They diagnose with camera to ensure the issue and were able to pull out the toilet lifter it was stuck in my toilet. They also diagnose the rest of the pipe and found old material stuck in main pipe it seems like happened during the old construction. It saved another clog issue can happen in future. Definitely they will be my go to place for any future plumbing job.

The company I work for, Aids Healthcare Foundation has had Pablo and Edgar on call for a few years now, and they are ABSOLUTELY RELIABLE AND GET WORK DONE!

To make it short, we have at least 5 hotels (each with at least 200 units) with OLD plumbing, and tenants that destroy property. Therefore, my job is to send those plumbing work orders to these guys. I send them at least 10 tickets a day for each location (not including emergencies and weekends), and they always send before and after pictures, and give updates. Which is super helpful since I have to close work orders. I work with many construction vendors, and these guys are one of the most pleasant to work with!
Very rarely have they missed work orders, but its understandable when we give them so much work. And when we remind them about it, they get it done that same day.

To explain their work, we have many city inspectors visiting our buildings because of the tenants we have, and their work has never had a violation.
And I'm not talking about a replaced toilet, I'm talking about pipes being replaced from the lobby to the 5th floor, and no violation!

Literally, everything on their ""Services Offered"" has been done multiple times at our locations.

My toilet was backing up into my shower and needed a plumber ASAP. Called these guys in the morning and asked for them to come by at 5pm because I had work. They were here between 5-530 and had my lined cleared out by 6pm. Very happy.
