One way rooter is one of the few honest plumbers! Pablo is knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He and his brother , apart of a family business pride themselves in servicing the customer. They use professional equipment and have the right tools. They have a truck with everything! I gave them a deposit for some work, but did not get it done. I was too busy to collect the deposit . I later called them ( 2 months later) to unclogged a drain cause my air bnb folks were using too many wipes, and they did it practically free be cause I had a deposit with them. You don't find honest plumbers like them anymore!!! Call them!!!

Ok. This has to be one of the best experiences ever! We had an emergency this am with the toilet being clogged. And because we only have 1 toilet and there are 5 of us we needed help! I messaged this company and they responded very fast and their price was perfect! They came, conquered in less than 5 minutes. I am so thankful and so excited to use the bathroom! I had to get a help from Pablo and Rio yesterday due to main water pipe clog problem for my whole apartment units. They were the only one of the two stores responsive to our class out of more than 30 shops 2 o'clock in the morning and as soon as they got here, they found out what the major problem was. They were professionals and solved the problem in 30 minutes and the service was really excellent compared to the other stored which asked for $240 just for coming to my apt. I really appreciated Pablo and Rio for their service. I would 300% recommend this store (especially Pablo and Rio) to those who need help and I bet you would not regret. Dont waste your time looking for other stores.

This Sunday my bathtub decided to clog up. I have long hair and every few years it happens. Out of all days though Sunday when the majority of businesses are closed. I contacted many plumbers and most of them charged an arm and a leg for coming out on a Sunday. There were also a few that were reasonably priced but they couldn't come out for up to 4 hours. I randomly came across one way rooter. They were extremely responsive on yelp and even said they could be there within an hour. They gave me a quote on yelp and even arrived early (within 30 mins of calling them). I wish I would have found them sooner. They finished snaking the bathtub within 30 mins and everything has been working great ever since. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing emergencies.
