Absolutely unbelievable service! These guys were professional, responsive, courteous and incredibly efficient. I have a list of plumbing professionals I use that I rely on. However, after just one service call, One Way Rooter not only is added to the list but will be my first and primary call - and they are being placed ahead of any others on my list. Sometimes plumbers get bogged down with lots of work and place you in the queue for when they can get to you. I'll wait for these guys. It's absolutely worth it. They are like family - you call the people you know you can rely on and that's definitely One Way Rooter. Very happy I made the initial call. Great people.

Pablo is fast, efficient and he knows plumbing. Got a same day appointment and he unclogged 2 drains in less than 30 minutes, and the price was fair. If you need a plumber, Pablo is your man - hands down!

These guys have a communication problem also. Said they would come out at 8 called back they said noon, called back they said oh we should be there by 5pm. Don't worry I said come tomorrow. They said we will be there first thing in the morning.
First thing no plumber. I called oh yeah we will be there at 11am. I think my office text you. NOT! They did come and fix the problem.550 to replace corroded water pipes.
I guess bottom line is the problem is fixed and you just can't expect for people to live up to their word or at least call and explain what's happening.

I had an emergency repair needed when my toilets started backing up into my showers - over Memorial Day weekend, no less! Pablo and his team came out and diagnosed my issue - deteriorating clay pipes, parts even had been ""repaired"" by duct tape! They replaced the broken sewer line pipes and left the driveway better than before they had to break it up.

Got nothin' but compliments for One Way Rooter Services. We were shopping around for quotes and they were so quick to respond with a great price! They were able to come on the same day to fix our clogged sink that has been filled with rotten water for days.

The person sent to our doorsteps was Leo. He was very helpful, kind, polite, and efficient. He came exactly at the time that was scheduled. The overall work time took about 20 minutes. The next thing we know our kitchen sink was working as if nothing ever happened to it. We will most definitely give them a call again the next time we have any issues with our sink!
