I had the immense pleasure of having Bryce come to my home and handle business. He's a polite and kind young man with the can-do spirit. That's the guy you want if you have a choice. I don't wanna take away from any of their other fine technicians, but certainly wanted to single him out as being a consummate professional and very good at what he does! Thank you. I will most certainly recommend you guys to anyone who is looking for folks to get it done knowledgeably and quickly.

I called my apartment manager at 8 am letter her know that I had no hot water when I moved in. She called Oneway. The plumber Caesar was here at 10 am. He said he need approval for a new water heater from my manager, Cesar got approval and was back in about 45 minutes with my new water heater. It looks like he even cleared out all the cob webs.

Even when there is a disagreement on some aspect of the job we have reached a compromise that is fair and equitable. There was even a job where I offered to pay more due to the amount additional work that was required, but they said they stood behind their original estimate and would not accept any additional payment.

We have had problems with our plumbing since we purchased our 1961 home in 2000 and had a plumbing company (recommended by our realtor) replace a portion of the pipes (for a hefty price) due to a terrible root issue. We were okay for a few years but then the problem returned & we thought it was just clogging from regular usage. After several years of clogging, we found One Way Rooter from a friend and called them every time our pipes clogged and each time they showed up the same day, took care of our issue quickly, and at a reasonable price. Also, every time we called, they got us up & running but ALWAYS recommended we set up a time for a thorough check of our system (with the camera) but we thought we were okay because of the major plumbing work done several years before. After a few too many emergency calls, we finally had them fully inspect our system to find out that the first plumbing company used the wrong materials. Our pipes were SO damaged, they looked like they had been in war! One Way Rooter took the time to show us all the damage & explained (in laymen's terms) why the wrong materials caused so many problems (and never fixed our issue). After they replaced the pipes with the correct materials AT A LOWER PRICE than the original company, our plumbing works better than EVER! Our system smelled up our garage (even after the pipes were replaced the first time) and we thought that it was just normal for our house (even though we hated it). Since One Way installed the correct piping, the smell is COMPLETELY GONE!! That smell was in our garage on & off for over 16 years!! We are so grateful to One Way Rooter & Plumbing. Our only regret is that we procrastinated and didn't have them do a thorough inspection sooner (like they recommended). Thank you Tom and One Way Plumbing for having polite/kind employees and for being knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly efficient! You are our plumbers for life & will recommend you to all of our friends.
