We called One Way for a large home project of replacing two water heaters that supply hot water to our radiant floors. We specified two high end ones rather than standard water heaters. They found them, built a better base and replaced a damaged garage wall as well as installing and improving the piping configuration. We were so pleased with their work that we replaced a recirculating pump as well. Frankly, they seemed more competent than the original company that installed the system. There was one slight glitch which we discovered on a weekend and they were there within an hour of us leaving a message on a Saturday. In addition they replaced for us a flex tube under our sink as well. It seems they can handle any plumbing project.

Outstanding and prompt service, where other plumbers had been unable to help me. I have an unusual type of water heater, ""hydronic"", that also provides heat for my condo. One Way Plumbing was one of the only plumbers in the area I could find, that was qualified to replace this type of unit, and they had availability where others did not. They were responsive and communicated with me clearly during the scheduling process. I experienced nothing but professionalism from start to finish. The work space was left spotless. I would highly recommend this company.

I had this main water pipe cracked underneath the house in the foundation area. Erik was extremely helpful, knowledgable, caring, professional, responsive and took care of it at a lightning speed. I found out the problem around noon through my neightbors while I was out of town. By the time when I knew about the problem and requested One Way Plumbing service at 4 p.m., I got the response and the water pipe was fixed by 7 p.m. I could not ask for more othe than send my heartfelt gratitude to the Technician Dominique and Erik for taking up the call and reacting with urgency. Eric, Joseph and Dominic were all great. They did an excellent install of a new tankless water heater and removed the old one. They relocated our plumbing for our washer and dryer to our back porch as we are doing a major remodel and the laundry room is turning into a large pantry. Very friendly, professional, honest and know their stuff. Would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!

The best ever! I have never had a better experience with any contractor - plumbing or otherwise. A broken pipe was discovered under my house and, after calls to a handful of other plumbers (and one particularly bad experience), I was referred to One-Way Plumbing. Erik was so kind and understanding and helped to connect me with a dependable restoration company for the clean-up, checked in regularly on the progress, going above and beyond. Once the restoration people signed off, he made every effort to schedule his son, Joseph, out to make the repairs as soon as possible. Joseph was great to work with and finished up in less time than he originally quoted. He adjusted the price downward accordingly - that's unheard of! Erik believes in good work for a fair price and 100% customer satisfaction. I will be referring One-Way Plumbing whenever asked - they are my go-to plumber from this day forward!
