Joe answered right away and somehow was able to fit me in for a minor kitchen faucet repair. Totally professional and did a great job rebuilding the faucet. If you want to done right in a timely fashion, give these guys a call.

The best ever! I have never had a better experience with any contractor - plumbing or otherwise. A broken pipe was discovered under my house and, after calls to a handful of other plumbers (and one particularly bad experience), I was referred to One-Way Plumbing. Erik was so kind and understanding and helped to connect me with a dependable restoration company for the clean-up, checked in regularly on the progress, going above and beyond. Once the restoration people signed off, he made every effort to schedule his son, Joseph, out to make the repairs as soon as possible. Joseph was great to work with and finished up in less time than he originally quoted. He adjusted the price downward accordingly - that's unheard of! Erik believes in good work for a fair price and 100% customer satisfaction. I will be referring One-Way Plumbing whenever asked - they are my go-to plumber from this day forward!

As new homeowners, we were super grateful for the amazing work that One Way Plumbing did for us!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and we exhausted our options in our skill set. Joseph and Josh arrived as promised to our home and immediately diagnosed the problem. Joseph also took the time to educate us about our complicated system and gave us a few things to be on the lookout for in the future so as to prevent the issue from happening again.

Great experience. We waited two weeks for another plumbing company to come out to fix our sump pump and on the day of the appointment they were a no show and tried to put us off for another week! Called the home warranty company and they connected us with One Way Plumbing and they came out the next day and solved the problem. Great plumber, great service. Highly recommend One Way Plumbing.

Having used One Way Plumbing int the past with no complaints, I called them again to rectify a plugged drain in the kitchen sink. We left a message with this company and within minutes they replied. 15 minutes after the call, Jim, an employee of this company showed up. Quick response time. Jim was very professional and explained what needed to done and how much it would cost. There were no hidden expense or surprise. He told me up front how much this repair would probably cost. The only surprise for me was that it cost less than quoted. Thank you Jim for a job well done and I hope Eric relays this to you.
