Had a pipe leak in the living room wall that was covered under our home warranty. The contractor was assigned to us by them and One Touch contacted us within 24hrs to schedule the appointment the next day. We were assigned a plumber who arrived promptly at the scheduled time and assessed how to resolve the issue. Within 4 total days of contacting our warranty company, we had the job assessed and fixed with no issues.

I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber due to ease of scheduling, promptness, and quick turnaround on fixing the problem without any issues.

Superb plumbing company. very knowledgeable. And skilled and communicative . They do quality work. I cannot recommend them enough. And the had to make a hole in my garage dry wall . And David the plumber was careful to make the hole as small as possible. And her made a tiny opening in the stucco on the exterior . to preserve the stucco. And he added back stucco to touch it up. Had them out today. Ok, I spoke to them this morning and they were at my home by 2:00. They were clean and respectful. Face masks, shoe booties. The price for cleaning out 2 drains, kitchen and bathroom, was so fair I wanted them to snake all my clean outs just because! Had a few other leaky this and that. Took care of everything quickly and again, so affordable. We discovered some bad new with pipes but they weren't pushy about the repair. We got a full explain action of the process and that's it. I would totally use them again. I would even recommend them to my mother!

Our water heater leaked, called One Touch (Family Owned Business) and were helped by Lucy who is direct, professional and trustworthy. On Sunday AM, they should up accessed the situation, discussed pros and cons of different types of water heaters with price. They ordered a top of the line tankless on Monday and installed on Tuesday. Art's workmanship very detailed. He also offered to put me in touch with the right people so that i can get rebate from SOCALGAS.

Art and his son are fantastic plumbers. They replaced the gas and water mains from the meter to my house in an afternoon on a single day's notice - their estimate was honest, with an actual break down for parts and labor for each part of the project. Other companies just give you a total project number and won't break out the costs -- don't be fooled by those companies!-- Art showed up on time and finished the job in half the time estimated by other companies. Good people and they did a great job. Will hire them again for all of my plumbing needs.

We needed to have our 75 gallon water heater in the garage replaced, due to large water leak. Fortunately our home warranty company assigned One Touch. Lucy in the office was courteous and helpful to get the replacement scheduled, and Ed and his assistant were assigned to the job. It took about 4 hours to drain and disconnect the old heater, install and reconnect the new heater, clean up, and haul away the old one. Ed took extra time to carefully check each of his solder joints, and was very thorough. No more cold showers!

One of the easiest and well deserving reviews I've written! My wife and I just purchased a newly renovated home and after being in the house for just about 2 weeks, we've had two toilet build ups. At first, we called our First American home warranty company and they lined us up with an awful company that came over, unprofessional, and not delightful to say the least. They were saying they may need to remove the toilet and do some extensive damage and work to know for sure what's going on. Luckily, I said no and they temporarily fixed the problem so we thought we were in the clear. A week later, we had a second build up and called the warranty company to send another company and they sent One Touch Plumbing. They were able to come the very same day we called. The plumber Ed was fantastic! He was wearing protective gear, came and assessed the problem and found out what was causing the build up. It ended up being a very simple fix and now we won't have any more issues thanks to Ed and the One Touch team. Thank you guys!!
