One Touch Plumbing -- and specifically Art and Ed -- helped us make the best of a sh*tty situation when roots intruded through an underground pipe causing a backup in one of our bathrooms. They couldn't have been more responsive and professional in responding to the problem. Patient with questions and easily reachable throughout the whole process as they worked through the scene of the grime. So far so good since they did the work. I would use them again... even though I hope to not have another plumbing issue like this again in my life. Turns out, not fun.

I was introduced to One Touch Plumbing through my warranty company. I am so glad I did. Lucy was great and was able to dispatch Ed the next day. Ed was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very caring about not making a mess. Ed worked very hard to clear the blockage, but the only solution was to install a clean out outside my kitchen - We've been putting it off for some time. Ed explained what needed to be done. He was very professional, installed the clean out, and minimized the cut out as best as possible. The cost was very reasonable. Ed called ahead of time to let me know his arrival time which I really appreciated. One Touch will be my go to plumber the next time I need plumbing work.

Our home warranty company has sent One Touch Plumbing out to our home in Calabasas many times, and even if our issue is not covered by home warranty, we still call them. Art is ALWAYS on time, professional, warm, and honest. We trust him completely - he has never inflated an issue or the cost. The previous owner of my home bought it when the neighborhood was sketchy and cut corners where he could when it came to maintenance and repair. Unfortunately that resulted in inadequate drainage under the house.
