I was referred to One Touch through my home warranty company and I will absolutely use them again if (God forbid!) I need a plumber again. Lucy in the office very helpfully explained how the process with American Home Warranty works so there weren't any surprises on my end. She scheduled Art to come to my house within hours because my water heater was leaking (pouring?) into my garage. He was professional, walked me through what the warranty would cover vs the upgrades he recommended. I received an easy-to-read written estimate and had a new water heater on the date I was promised.

I did experience a delay in getting the authorization from the warranty company (*sigh*) but One Touch was nothing was professional, responsive and helpful.

100% Go with One Touch!! Family owned, and they are amazing! We had an emergency gas leak and the warranty company wasn't being helpful. We had multiple plumbers come to our house who didn't want to deal with it and Art was the only one who genuinely had our interests in mind. He actually cared and gave us a really affordable estimate. I'm very thankful we found Art, and I hope you all do as well!

These guys are A+. Honest fair and knowledgeable. Show up when they say they will and care about keeping the inside of your house clean which is important. They double check all their work before leaving. I would highly recommend.

My bath tub faucet has a leak, I used to call plumbing services from this company One Touch Plumbing . When I call Art, I ecplained everything to him, what's the problem, he always came in exact time and bring the right parts that he needs. I'm always happy with there work... The price is good enough not charging much..

This is an edited review. One Touch was contracted with First American Home Warranty and came out for a service call for a leaking faucet knob and sink drain. Art was friendly and knowledgeable, advised that the home warranty would likely cover only replacement with much lower quality parts, and recommended a cashout option to independently hire One Touch for installation. First American refused to cover the drain replacement, as it ""is not broken, it requires a modification."" Spoke with Lucy at One Touch, who stood by the report as given orally and would not clarify to the home warranty company that the drain is broken -- this is reason for the loss of one star. If you can work with One Touch without a home warranty's involvement, Art is worth it.

Be aware, One Touch was assigned to me through my home warranty. Plumber name Art came to my house with a bad attitude and walked in to my house with his dirty boots with no respect with out any shoes covering and insults my experience faucet with out knowing the brand, to him is made in China which is not. He does need more education.
Lucille answer the phones she never called me back with any updates or follow up or new scheduling with a plumber. They got an approval from home warranty for week now so not even care for customer's trusting them to fix plumbing issues.
Now My home warranty assigned me with a new plumbing company.

I got this plumbing as a referral from FAHW. They responded quickly. Art was courteous, polite, & very professional. Art quickly got the parts & did modifications to my water pressure regulator in about two hours on a Saturday morning/afternoon. I'm very happy & satisfied with this company & highly recommend them w/o ANY reservations.

I just moved into my condo and discovered there was no drain pipe to install my washing machine. After reaching out to One Touch, they were able to send a plumber right away to diagnose the issue.

Art knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He was able to diagnose the issue, cost and was able to fix and resolve it on his next visit..
He was able to install, test and complete the job all within 1 hour...

Art was really great to work with. We called him with a few plumbing issues and he was able to come to our home the same day. He was prompt, really nice, very clean and professional. He diagnosed the problems quickly and gave me very honest advice and reasonable and clear next steps, without pressuring me at all to go forward with them. He also charged a very reasonable price and gave honest estimates for the potential work. We'll definitely work with Art and One Touch Plumbing again in the future. Would highly recommend.
