Meant to leave a review awhile back, so after our second experience I thought it was about time to leave a review.

The first encounter with Luke at One Time Plumbing was an emergency where the entire house was backed up. He was more than accommodating, once hearing it was an emergency and we couldn't even use the bathroom or shower, he adjusted his schedule so he could swing by immediately and get things in working condition as soon as possible.

Quality service was immediately noticeable. He took the time to properly diagnose the problem, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and didn't just do a ""quick fix"" like our other plumbers and insurance company did. Other companies would just snake the line, but not fully diagnose the issue, and there was a 2nd problem area in the line.

He even helped us record a video of the camera footage in the drain line so we had video evidence describing and documenting the actual problems to show the homeowner. At the time, we had to call in a new plumber every 1-2 months as the problem kept repeating. Now it's been a year without any repeat.

So last week when our washer started flooding the floor unexpectedly, we knew who to call. Service was once again on point. Within a couple hours everything was working again, and we also had a description of what led to the problem, and what could be done to avoid it in the future.

I highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a quality plumber. Definitely the best experiences I've ever had with one!

Luke did a great job installing a double sweep clean out. He professional and gave me options along the way of completing the job. Actually, found another quick plumbing fix for him to repair. He is now my go to plumber. Highly recommend.

My wife and I recently moved into a new home and the washer and dryer were both inside of the kitchen taking up much valuable space. Our first idea was to move the washer and dryer into the garage but we did not have the gas or the plumbing to do this big project. We reached out to Luke at one time plumbing and asked him to come out for an estimate.

Luke came out promptly and on time and gave us a great estimate. He was the only one to get close between the on site estimate and a factual bid once the project was lined out. Luke was able to install a cleanout for the house and leading to the street while not making a visual eye sore. He was able to install a nice garage sink, a dryer and a washer with all the required pipes/drains. He also cleanly hooked up the pressure relief valve to the water heater. He did great work with very clean looking lines, extra valves and met every demand I had to be able to handle future problems myself.

We definitely took business cards from Luke and will always be using him in the future. We do not have any hesitation with referring Luke to all of our family and friends.

i called my usual go to plumber here in oc and he was out of town for the holidays. he told me call luke and im glad i did. we have a jacuzzi bathtub and the hot water handle/valve got stuck and wouldnt turn off. i had to shut the water supply to the entire house !! I called luke and told him my plumber told me to call him and my situation. it was saturday late evening and i was stuck! he drove down from the la area all the way down to oc just to help me out. talk about customer service!! he had the part in his truck and got it fixed quickly. within less than an hour, we were back to normal. thanks once again luke!

I am a new home owner and needed a consultation on Water Filtration systems. I knew if I jumped into this without a little research I would regret it. I worked with Luke in the the past and knew I would be satisfied with his expertise on any Plumbing question. They are the last plumbing company I would ever work with. They are never on time and they try to do the least amount of work. Instead of fixing a leaking pipe they wanted to put a shark bite on the pipe. Plus they never answer their phone. After calling them multiple time for two months to come back I gave up and called another company. Do not use them.

So I had a minor emergency on Labor Day weekend. I called Luke and he was at my house within an hour. Fixed the stems on my shower valves and also installed a kitchen faucet while he was there. His prices were very reasonable and his work was top notch. He was very professional and will definitely use him in the future for some more work I need done at my house. He says he's a 4th generation plumber and he definitely knows his shit. If you need a plumber Luke will take care of whatever you need.

I was originally told about ""One Time Plumbing"" from a friend and have had a couple of experiences with em now.

- originally called for an estimate on a small job

One Time Plumbing promptly swung by, gave me a couple of quotes for different options to complete the job, including the diy option, and after some discussion I said I would think about it.
But
At no time did i feel that awkward pressure to tip/pay for the quote or forced to accept an estimate. This plumber was extremely professional, informative and polite during the entire process.

Another experience:
Recently had a water heater installation done by this gentelman and was very satisfied.
I was quoted a fair price, kept informed throughout the process, and it was started/completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Also the inspector was satisfied first time around.

Please remember when calling for a quote, this is a licensed experienced plumber, not a handyman, and yes the price will reflect that but so will the quality.

One Time Plumbing and Luke Vercoe are the Greatest!
I had a Plumbing Disaster at my Vacation Rental Property. I needed a Miracle and Luke and his Team gave that Miracle!
Like arrived within an hour of my first call and saved the day and my Guests by getting the Plumbing working and operational with the least disturbance possible to our Guests and we were able to continue Operation for 3 more Guest stays. Then, we had a small window of time to do a much needed and more evasive Fix to Old Cast Iron Plumbing when the house was built in the Mid 1950's. Luke and his Team came up with a Game Plan that would be Aggressive, Evasive and create Extensive Work which also involved Newport Beach City Approval. Luke and his Guys executed their Plan Perfectly and actually finished the Repairs and project 2 days earlier than they committed! They were Awesome! Incredible really!! They started on a Friday, worked through the entire weekend and were complete by the following Wednesday! Amazing!!
Would Definitely Recommend Luke and his Team to anyone. They are Knowledgeable, Dependable and Professional and they did everything they said they would do.
