I called for a list of minor problems and one major one. I was afraid it would be really expensive, but the bill was reasonable, and the service was relatively fast and efficient. A problem occurred, due to an unforeseeable accident, and they actually replaced the entire toilet at no cost to me. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Excellent service. Quality repairs. Nice, nice family business!

Called one time plumbing to set up an appointment. Was able to schedule it fast that same day within hours. There was leak coming out from our floors when we used the dishwasher. Daniel was able to fix what Sears screwed up pretty fast. We still have water damage but he recommended what we do next. Great guy great service. Don't let sears mess with the plumbing. Will call one time plumbing for future needs.

did a diagnostic and told us what the problem was. gave us the quote and we liked it so Fransisco went to work. he did a great job explaining what exactly the problem is and was very honest and upfront. we needed the problem to be fixed pronto. he did it in a timely manner and even look at our other plumbing problems and gave us a quote.

would recommend this company again for future work.

p.s. checked their license online and called but didn't seem to find it. told Fransisco about it so hopefully they will put it on their website. heres the website to check for any licenses in CA

I had trouble with a leak in my tub and a clogged drain. The service was quick, professional and stayed within the initial quote. He cleaned up the area after he was done. I would recommend them to anyone that needs an honest plumber.

I called One Time Plumbing to fix my shower. I had no idea what was causing the low pressure in the shower and toilet of the hall bathroom. Our tech was there onetime, completed the job quickly, and left NO MESS. One Time Plumbing is who I'll be calling next time I have plumbing needs.

The owner came to my house on time and was clean, professonal, fast, did I mention CLEAN! I have their number on my speed dial and give them a referral whenever the need arises! I scheduled an appointmentf for today with this company last week because of a kitchen remodel and needed a plumber to reinstall my disposable and new facuet before all the new appliances arrived later today. I made sure the plumber I spoke to when making the appointment knew of my limited time issue. As I write this review, I am sitting here waiting for the plumber to arrive which is now over an hour and a half late. I have called the company twice only to reach their voice mail telling me to leave a message and someone would return my call in 15 minutesl. Now almost
one hour from my first call no one has contacted me. I selected this company based on all the positive reviews but am extremely dissatisfied. Now I have to scramble to find another plumber!

I was disappointed with the fact that this guy charged me $150 for the service call to replace a small part on my Bosche tankless water heater. He couldn't get the part and had to order it. Two weeks later he showed up again to install the new part and tried to charge me another $90 for the service call plus $108 for the part. In the end he wanted $385 for less than $30 minutes of work. I went nuts on him and refused to pay the full amount. The heater brand new was $600 less a $300 federal rebate. I could have purchased a new heater and paid less. He seemed like a nice guy but this is blatant customer abuse and thievery! I'll never use the guy again because of this. I certainly wouldn't describe him as honest!!
