The owner came to my house on time and was clean, professonal, fast, did I mention CLEAN! I have their number on my speed dial and give them a referral whenever the need arises! I scheduled an appointmentf for today with this company last week because of a kitchen remodel and needed a plumber to reinstall my disposable and new facuet before all the new appliances arrived later today. I made sure the plumber I spoke to when making the appointment knew of my limited time issue. As I write this review, I am sitting here waiting for the plumber to arrive which is now over an hour and a half late. I have called the company twice only to reach their voice mail telling me to leave a message and someone would return my call in 15 minutesl. Now almost
one hour from my first call no one has contacted me. I selected this company based on all the positive reviews but am extremely dissatisfied. Now I have to scramble to find another plumber!

I was disappointed with the fact that this guy charged me $150 for the service call to replace a small part on my Bosche tankless water heater. He couldn't get the part and had to order it. Two weeks later he showed up again to install the new part and tried to charge me another $90 for the service call plus $108 for the part. In the end he wanted $385 for less than $30 minutes of work. I went nuts on him and refused to pay the full amount. The heater brand new was $600 less a $300 federal rebate. I could have purchased a new heater and paid less. He seemed like a nice guy but this is blatant customer abuse and thievery! I'll never use the guy again because of this. I certainly wouldn't describe him as honest!!

Daniel is great, came over right quick and just as the company name suggests, the problem was solved in one time. I guess I will have to watch what does down the kitchen sink more carefully.

I must say that before having called 1 Time Plumbing I had a nightmare of a time finding a plumber who was fair and honest, but thanks to these reviews I decided to give them a call.

I had a very bad leak that ruined my floors because of the way the main pipe ran under the condo. Daniel suggested that he can rerun my water lines above ground which was genius! They were very fast, courteous, and HONEST. The price quoted was very reasonable since they have a low overhead.

They not just fixed my slab leak, but also gave me peace of mind knowing I wont have the same kind of problem again! I trust them and highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of a plumber.
