One Stop dialed it in pretty good. They answered their phone (the only one to do so out of 5 companies called). They were able to do the job the same day (the only ones to offer that). They showed up on time (actually early, but they called first). They quickly figured how best to remove the clog (their experience was obvious). The clog was removed pretty fast, and very thoroughly considering how bad it was (ran the the snake 115', then ran it again the full 115' to make sure everything was good). When they were done they did a great job of cleaning up their work area (they kept it pretty clean as they were doing the job also). The bill for the service was simple and very reasonable (plus no show-up to look, or bs travel time fees). I won't hesitate to use them again, and I expect if you try them you will get the same great service I did!

We called Mike at 5:50pm on a Friday evening (6/23/23). Downstairs toilet refused to flush with multiple plunger attempts. When the washer beside the bathroom sink went into its spin cycle, it produced bubbling and backed up water which drained slowly from sink. Shower also drained slowly. To have the toilet refuse to flush was the last straw. One Stop responded promptly. Polite, competent, and efficient. About 10:30pm I opened the shower door and discovered a smattering of small black debris on the previously clean floor. I tried to rinse them down since the main line was now open, but I soon heard the shower puddling. By the time I finished my shower, three inches of water covered the floor. The next day (Saturday) I contacted One Stop and reported 1 inch of standing water overnight and my failure to confirm the entire task was done--my bad. One Stop was on site within minutes and did not charge for the weekend call-back. Bless them. Zach and Ethan did a great job.

Over the years I have tried the big name plumbing services in Anchorage, only to find that they ""soak"" a person for every possible penny. One outfit even bills you at $170/hour for the time it takes for their serviceman to drive to your home from his prior stop. Huh? One Stop Services: on time, nice people; guaranteed they could do a complete toilet rebuild in an hour (were that to be needed), others quoted me 1.5-2 hours. Finally an honest plumbing service. Spenser looked it over, determined that problem was minor, fixed it and charged me nothing for the 15 minutes he invested in making certain that everything was right. He clearly knew his stuff. With any other outfit I would have been faced with a $160-170 minimum one hour charge. Great customer service!

Absolutely hands down the best place in town! We have used them a few times over the years, but always a quick appointment time and their plumbers are the best in the business! Smart, get the job done efficiently, clean up after themselves and best of all are the kind of people you don't mind having in your house. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!

Maybe they vanished? I called on a Monday for a Tuesday appointment with a tech. They gave me a 2 hour window in which they would show up. I took off time from work and waited at home. And waited. And waited. Once the time frame, and a generous amount of time later had passed, I tried calling and got their voicemail. I left a message and have yet to hear back from them. I guess a kitchen drain doesn't really need to drain, right? Now another two days to have a different company come out. So, yeah. quite a bit disappointed.

Don't bother! I made an called and made an apoint meant and waited a week. The day of the appointment I stayed home from work, time was supposed to be between 10-12, no call no show by 12:30. I called to ask if they were coming at all, I was told they should have already been there, asked if I could wait longer, that wasn't an option so we rescheduled "" first thing Saturday morning between 8-9, Saturday morning 9:30 , no call, no show. I called someone who will show up. As to their quality of work, I can't comment, but I can comment to the complete disregard for their customers time.

You never want to have to deal with a clogged main sewer line on a Sunday morning...but when you do, you want to call these guys. Spencer, Mike, and crew were fantastic. After my initial frantic phone call, they promptly arrived at my house within 15-20 minutes. Keep in mind, this was a Sunday morning! The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and and reassured me that they would find the clog. And they did! Tree roots can be a pain in the butt but I will definitely be calling these guys for routine line clean-out from here on out! I was slightly terrified that I would be living on canned beans after having to pay for plumbing service on a weekend, but these guys were fast, efficient, and reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a blocked drainage pipe and One Stop came out very quickly. Their technician - Randy - was friendly and very knowledgeable. The problem was quickly fixed and we were able to continue with our needed activities - dish washing etc. I highly recommend One Stop Peter H
