Maybe they are no longer available? I called One Stop Services on a Monday to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. They provided me with a two-hour window for their arrival. I left work early and stayed home. And I waited. After the time frame passed, along with some extra time, I attempted to call again and ended up on their voicemail. I sent a message and still have not heard from them. I assume a kitchen drain can wait, can't it? Now I have to wait another two days for a different company to come out. So, indeed, I feel quite let down.

I called the technician at 5:50 PM on Friday (6/23/23). The downstairs toilet refused to flush despite several tries with the plunger. As the washer beside the bathroom sink went into its spin cycle, it produced bubbling and overflowed water that was slow to drain from the sink. The shower also drained slowly. Experiencing the toilet refusing to flush was extremely frustrating.

The team at One Stop was quick to respond. They were polite, competent, and effective. At 10:30 in the evening, I opened the shower door and saw a smattering of small black debris on the clean floor. I tried to rinse them down since the main line was now open, but I soon heard the shower puddling. When I completed my shower, three inches of water covered the floor.

On Saturday, I contacted One Stop and let them know about an inch of standing water overnight and my failure to confirm that the entire task was done—that was my mistake. Their team was on site within minutes and waived the fee for the weekend call-back. I appreciated that. The technicians, Zach and Ethan did a great job.

I am very satisfied with the services they provided. The plumber we typically rely on could not address our problem, and the company they recommended didn't answer their phone. I had doubts about their availability. I came across One Stop Services.

The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful. He could fit us in between 12pm-2pm. The team contacted us ahead of time and checked if it was convenient for us, and I of course was! They were very polite and knowledgeable.

Something I thought was going to be very expensive ended up being straightforward to resolve. I will definitely reach out to them again!

I would give a no star if I could. The individual I encountered was incredibly rude. Avoid being confrontational when customers reach out. I'd rather give my business to someone who knows how to talk to people.

Although he managed to clear the clog, he chose to engage in an argument with my spouse and me and was completely disrespectful. I strongly advise against contacting this company.

You should avoid One Stop Services. They do not provide good customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

One Stop Services did a great job. They answered my call when I contacted them — while the others did not that answered. They were able to finish the work on the same day — the only company to offer that.

The technicians showed up punctually — even a bit early though they notified me beforehand. They swiftly determined the most effective method to tackle the obstruction — it was clear they knew what they were doing.

The clog was removed in a timely manner, and very thoroughly taking into account the extent of the problem. They ran the snake 115 feet, and repeated the process the full 115 feet to confirm the line was clear.

Upon completion, they left the area tidy of their workspace. They kept it pretty clean while working as well.

The bill for the service was straightforward and very reasonable — with no unnecessary fees or inflated travel costs. I won't hesitate to use them again, and I am confident if you try them you will enjoy the same quality of service I did.

My drainage pipe was clogged and One Stop responded very quickly. The service technician - Randy - was approachable and well-informed. The blockage was addressed promptly and we could resume our daily tasks - dish washing etc.. I would suggest One Stop Services to anyone.

I suggest you think twice before choosing One Stop Services! I contacted them to set up an appointment and waited for a week. I cleared my schedule to be home for the appointment, which was supposed to be between 10 and 12. By 12:30, I was still waiting with no communication and no appearance.

I called to check if they were coming, and they told me they were supposed to be there by then. I inquired about waiting longer, but that wasn't possible, so we rescheduled for first thing Saturday morning between 8 and 9.

At 9:30 on Saturday, I was left without any updates or arrivals. I reached out to a different company that would arrive as promised. As for the quality of their work, I can't comment, but I can definitely say they showed a lack of respect for my time.
