Fantastic service! Arrived on time and performed speedy work. Took half the time to perform the work than originally estimated since and the price reflected that. I had attempted to replace my wax ring after a failure and realized the toilet flange was broken. Since the toilet flange is embedded in concrete knew it was beyond my scope to replace. Plumber walked me through exactly what he was gonna do and gave me tips and shared knowledge to guide me through if I attempted to do install wax rings myself in the future. A true 5 star experience.

I called this company to come look at the water heater that they installed in the last 2 years. First, they came 2 hours later than their 2 hour window. They stayed for maybe 15 minutes but claimed they couldn't figure out which circuit shut off the power to the heater. So they left and told my friend I needed an electrician. I had to call their office multiple times to get answers about where they were and then again to hear what they decided. I called another plumbing company (not electrician) who came the next day and found the proper circuit and tightened the loose wire nuts within 20 minutes. This was a super frustrating and disappointing experience. It felt like they didn't care or even try at all. Glad I didn't give them any of my money.

They quoted me verbally 1,500.00 for water line replacement if they found it to be polybutylene (Quest) pipes. They found quest (polybutylene) and they only did a patch job & charged me 1,000.00 for said patch job when that was not what we verbally agreed upon. I will never refer them or use their services again.

0 stars. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from a service contractor ever. Would not have been my choice however my warranty company chose them.
1. I setup an appointment asking that they have a sewer camera and I was told they did.
2. They show up at the house and I met them there with the plumber and helper left the door wide open while their exhaust fumes from old box truck smoked the house with carbon monoxide.
3. Did not bother to cover dirty shoes and tracked grass and dirt all over my new carpet.
4. They did not have the camera I was assured they had and they proceeded to snake the line because it needed to be snaked in order for home warranty to cover. I should have know and turned them away then.
5. Nevie Simmons gives me a quote for $1000 to camera $400, jack hammer $95, and labor 3 hours. I asked for more details to be written out and they then inform me they don't have a camera and locater big enough for the line and proceeded to give me no additional details on work charged more for Jack hammer and labor hours.

Long story short- raised price when I asked for more details (bait and switch). I got the home warranty/Nevie in and email stream and as the owner he was extremely unprofessional, made tons of excuses (no 1.5"" camera, employee reprimanded, good luck finding a plumber to do the work less than 2k, he is a plumber and will not honor written mistakes), and belittled me until home warranty refunded my service fee and is just plain crooked. Will never recommend or use a company that will not honor their word. Imagine having to call them back for services performed. Good luck if you use them

I love these guys. My realtor recommended them to me when I posted on Facebook about a backup we were having. We called the day before thanksgiving and the receptionist was extremely nice and understanding about my concerns about the price. We set up an appointment for the day after thanksgiving. One Stop called me about an hour before the guys showed up and explained the billing to me again to make sure I understood how I'd be charged. They showed up around two-thirty and fixed everything in about two or three hours. They were professional and affordable. I recommend them for anyone in need of a plumber.
