Throughout my career, I've collaborated with numerous plumbing firms across Colorado, the East Coast, and the South, and I've observed a significant decline in customer service within our field.
I've observed the transition in our industry from skilled craftsmanship to a sales-driven approach.
I got into plumbing 23 years back to hone my skills, not to sell products.

Joseph D.I was having a problem with too much pressure in my water lines which was causing a screeching noise whenever water was turned on. I called another company for an estimate, and when they came in and diagnosed the problem they said I needed a water pressure relief valve and a thermal expansion tank. They quoted me a ridiculous price and I sent them on their merry way. I called a friend of mine and asked if he had any recommendations and he referred to Louis at One Stop Plumbing and Drains. I gave him a call and I must say that's one of the best decisions I've ever made when it comes to a plumber. Louis showed up and went through the process of diagnosing the problem and came up with the same as the previous plumber. He quoted me a very reasonable price and I authorized the work. He installed the thermal relief tank and water pressure relief valve in less than two hours and there was not one drip of water anywhere. He also realized that my water heater cold line was connected to the hot water side on the tank. He unconnected it and moved it to the correct side and turned the water heater around and did it at no cost. He was very professional and pleasant in conversation even though we both had masks on. Any plumbing needs I may have in the future, he's my guy and I would recommend One Stop Plumbing and Drains to anyone who has any plumbing issues.

Betti L.I have had many plumbers do work for me over the years, but I have finally found the best one. Louis is the owner of One Stop Plumbing and Drains, and he is stellar. Today, he repaired a broken sprinkler pipe, and prior to that, his first visit entailed replacing my bathroom faucets. He does great work, is efficient and thorough, and his charges are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend his services if you have any plumbing needs. I guarantee that you will be happy with his work.
