I've been left with a half-done bathroom that's taken 2 months to complete because I've received no return messages or calls in response to my attempts at communication to schedule Luis to come out and finish work that needs to be done. I've been a longtime customer up until this point, and I've finally cut ties, which should have happened long ago. Luis not only doesn't communicate/respond to attempts at communication and is not customer-service oriented but also doesn't take responsibility for poor quality work and has blamed me for bad work I've received. I've paid a $3000 bill for a bathroom that still needs completion and will happily pay more to another contractor for it to be finished in a timely manner by people who are timely, respectful, professional, and customer-service oriented. It has caused me great stress trying to have him complete a bathroom, and it's a relief to be done working with OneStop Handy. I don't recommend.

A few weeks ago, I reached out to Luis to fix my bamboo flooring that other flooring specialists were unwilling to try to fix. After looking at it he determined a way to fix it without it being very noticeable. I am so greatful for his determination. I also had a light pole replaced and a light put on, as well as, other lights in the front of the house and rear. The electrician noticed that the lights taken down was not properly installed and so he had to install a box on two areas in order to do the job right. I am so very pleased once again for a excellent job done and very kind workers. I heard one of the electricians say, ""we just try to be fare."" Awesome! I will definitely keep their contact information for future needs!!!!!!!

Very good communication and easy to work with. Luis had no problem picking up the materials from Home Depot after I had ordered them. I had a bunch of miscellaneous things to take care of, a little bit of electrical work, installation of lighting fixture, installation of kitchen faucet, installation of deadbolt. It was very convenient to be able to call one person and get it all of these jobs done. It seemed expensive but I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping so it may have been reasonably priced.

When I think of having work done the vetting process is usually arduous and stressful, but it wasn't difficult at all with ""One Stop Handy""! They answer the phone fast, they are straightforward and honest and they get the work done professionally.

I liked that they discussed how to do the work with me beforehand and actually saved me from making a big mistake in my initial plan. Great job!!!

Had Luis come out and fix my patio sliding door. He replaced the bad wood and it looks amazing. Came right on time with the appointment and very professional with his work. I ended up using him to replace the screen for my door and now I have no holes and a better mesh.

I highly recommend him. Price was fair also.
