Would leave ZERO stars if allowed. This company likes to look as if they are on top of things and then before issuing a payment they will give you a run around for MONTHS about how they sent you a payment that must have gotten lost. After many attempts at collecting payment they will stop answering your calls and emails. They are unprofessional and list incorrect contact numbers and address on their online accounts.

Ditto with other reviews. Our comapany have personally dealt with Louis Anthony, One Stop Facility Managers. We were called out on February 22nd, 2021for an emergency drain cleaning service at one of their facilities, Moove In Public Storage in Pottstown Area. After Louis's Approval, by phone call, text message and email through our computer system, our technician promptly went out and completed the job in 2 hrs time. (4:00 pm to 6:30pm) Unfortunately since then, (2 months later), Mr. Anthony decided to refused to pay the bill and stop answering the phone calls after rudely respond to last email/invoice. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND LOUIS AND MICHAEL. SHADY BUSINESS. We will legally proceed to finally get paid with for our service.

This is an embarrassingly run company. Michael and Lou avoid paying their bills, and operate a shady business with very questionable practices. Disorganized and dysfunctional is how I would describe One Stop. Unprofessional and arrogant.

they do not pay their bills. I def wont be doing work with them again, they asked us to do service for them and once the job was done we cant get ahold of them for payment. Lou from there has been ignoring all calls and emails. Unprofessional. Not good business

We paid $3,700 for a custom sink over a year ago. They did not deliver, and we have not been able to get a refund from them. I don't know if they are still in business.

My worst experience of life with contractors. Just SWEET Talk and very poor quality work, poor unprofessional crew, I was soooo stupid to trust and gave money, and yet my work was not done, started work in June came for 5 days then

lot of things happened finally in September I told them not to contact me or come nearby me, gave lots of money as ""donation"" for not doing the work.

I WILL NEVER EVER WANT TO SEE THEM
