Just had the entire HVAC system replaced at very competitive rates. Miguel answered his phone and replied to text messages quickly and I didn't have any problem mentioned in some of the negative reviews. He and his colleagues really are perfectionists and they really tried to do everything well.

Miguel did not complete the job that he was paid for, and never returned my (too many to mention) calls or texts. I had to reach out to another company to complete the job. I'm extremely disappointed.

Miguel, I've been trying to hold of you for a week, calling so many times, left ton of messages, a bunch of texts... The leaking water heater pipe was part of your initial installation work. I don't know why you disappeared after you told me you were going to get the parts for the leaking... This is suppose to be covered under your warrantee though.

Miguel was very nice and responsive at first, but after he came by to evaluate my issue and give me an estimate, he never got back to me. He'd say it was coming but I never heard back. Super frustrating as I didn't want to give up on him too soon, but then half the summer was over and it wasn't worth getting him to help me.

One Stop Air Conditioning & Heating just replaced our entire AC, and I cannot say enough good things about Miguel and his partner Juan. Our A/C went out the way it always seems to -- at the worst possible moment. We have a newborn and there was a heat wave coming. Miguel came out on short notice, clearly walked us through our options, was able to schedule the major job for 2 business days out, and quoted us an extremely reasonable price. Best of all, he loaned us two heavy duty portable A/C units in the meantime - he said he purchased them to loan to clients in situations like these. Those portable units allowed us to stay in our home even as the outside temperature topped 90 degrees.
I so appreciated that Miguel was always up front with us, never over-promised, and stuck to timelines and prices. On the day of install, Miguel and Juan arrived exactly when they said they would, and worked without a break, from 8:45 a.m. until 9 p.m. so that we could have at least some A/C working that night. They came the next morning to finish up.
The job was complicated and Miguel and Juan were able to trouble shoot and provide us a solution that fit our needs.
10 out of 10 recommend - could not speak more highly of this company!

I highly recommend when you need air conditioning repair call One Stop AC. The owner (Miguel) came out and as he was walking up to my unit he pretty much new what was happening with my unit and sure enough he was right. I had been misinformed by another larger company that wanted to charge me $1500 to put freon in my unit and 10k to replace just the air handling system. Needless to say, I didnt pay anywhere near that to have the freon added and I didnt need to replace the entire air handling system. Miguel's prices are very resonable. One Stop AC is a small locally owned business. I will be telling all my neighbors to call him as we all have Goodman's. Thank you Miguel!!!
