Scammed me out of $530 and now won't take my calls to finish the repair. Do not use! I'm now looking for a real plumber. They are a phantom all right. They will disappear with your money and not actually fix the problem. Oh wait it looks like he opened another business wth another name to fool people. Supposedly fixed 8/29/2019 and I still have this issue. Still leaks. I have no water yet again because I had to shut it off due to leaking everywhere. Staying with friends because they destroyed my plumbing.

Now I noticed that they AREN'T EVEN LICENSED IN TEXAS!!!! I tried looking up the owner, some character named Sentheran Naidoo who oens one source plumbing and phantom plumbing.

These guys don't stand behind their work. Your guy was supposed to be out yesterday, then told me today. I'm willing to take down my review if you fix my issue or pay a competant plumber to do so. I'm done playing around. You scammed the wrong lady.

They also do business as Phantom Plumbing. I used them as Select Home Warranty assigned the work to them. They think of only the warranty company as their customer, so expect to get bad or no customer service, chasing them for appointments after you have paid the service fee, because the only time they will ever call you is to collect money.

I can recommend Ricky 100%. He is very polite and pleasant to work with. He also does a very good job at a reasonable rate. Any job big or small works for him and I have used him both for minor fixes with leaking faucets to big jobs like replacing my main sewer line and all done to my satisfaction

My husband was changing our toilets and he broke flange so I asked him to call Ricky (who is a South African) trying to support his business and he took us for a ride. First he evaluated the job and said it a big job, Then charged us a ridiculous price which he collected before completing the job. He had his employee/helper do job who broke the tiles, cut the pipes too short because he failed to measure and insisted that they replaced it exactly like it was.After watching the helper redo the pipe (which my husband bought) I realized the guy did not know what he was doing. Ricky was no where to be found, nor did he check the job. When my husband questioned the helper about measuring the tiles incorrectly, he got an attitude and packed up and left. Ricky refused to refund us for the incomplete work. I would say get a more honest plumbing service that fulfills its commitments!

You have to put a stare Otherwise there wouldn't be one there. I had to use this company because AHS( American home Shield) sent them to my house.
they are the horrible company never use them!!! They just want your $ and have no customer service!
Stay away!!!!
