Owed this review to One source for a while. My toilet was 35 years old and died. It didn't flush anymore as the tank was completely busted. The overflow tube was done for and it would take forever to fill the tank.

One source came once some 10 years ago to try to make it work, and they did, but this time they said it would just be better to get a Toto toilet (it would flush much better and faster). I asked how many days it would take to change it and they laughed, they said it would be out and the new one in in 60 mins flat. Wow.

I know many people do their own plumbing, but I live in a condo and if I screw anything, I would be liable for insurance. So, decided to go for it.

After agreeing on the next day, they came on time to SF downtown. they were clean and beats me, but they indeed took the toilet out and were out of my unit, including the old toilet in 60 mins. As a bonus, they also looked and fix an issue with my kitchen sink (it flooded). All within 1 hr.

This was the fastest and best service from a plumber I've ever had in SF. He came out within 2 hours to fix our tub and disposal, and did a great job. Highly recommend!!

I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday night and One Source was the only ones to actually answer after calling like 20 plumbers (many who listed themselves as 24 hours). Mostafa was very responsive, transparent, and punctual. When there was an issue with my building afterwards he went above and beyond to help. Would definitely call them again if I have a plumbing issue in the future. Thank you!

OMG the best! Mo came out the same day to fix a problem, charged a very fair price and then had to take multiple calls after the service visit to calmly explain potential plumbing problems, what was causing them, and what a long-term fix would be. Mo took multiple calls and was always friendly and helpful. I would hire him in an instant again, and will refer him to all my realtor friends.

One Source Plumbing is the best. They have done several jobs for us (cleared clogged sewer line, fixed clogged sinks/tubs, replaced hot water connector to dishwasher, installed new toilets, installed new hot water heater) and everything has been done well and at a fair price. Mo is super responsive and very patient about explaining the process for things, including our upcoming sewer line replacement. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have had One Source Plumbing do a number of jobs for me. He has replaced our leaking water heater with a tankless one, fixed our toilet that had a broken wax ring, installed three bathroom faucets and fixed an underground leaky pipe. He also repaired an outside drain outlet and the water meter box that had been broken by construction trucks trucks parking on them.
