Gabe is an absolute lifesaver. He is so efficient, communicates and makes sure your happy with the work before you pay. My washer went out on a Sunday with our family taking a vacation of Thursday. Needless to say we had a lot of laundry to do. Gabe came out Sunday to asses the issue. We had the parts ordered before he left. I contacted him today (Tuesday) when the parts arrive. He came right over. While he was here I was able to ask a few questions about my dryer. Turns out it needed to be serviced. The units are 4.5 yrs old and I've never had the dryer serviced. We could have had a fire with all of the lint that was near the gas heating coil. He also vacuumed out the lint trap. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

I recently moved to the Moon Valley area and called Gabriel blindly from an ad for washer/dryer repair. He patiently answered all my questions even as I called back to clarify a few times. He even had me send him pics of dryer issue to more accurately give answers! He came same day service in the evening and fixed my dryer and was also able to do Electrical repair!!! He was super affordable and he went above and beyond! He really can do it all and the name One Shot fits, one call did it all.

My dryer decided to die right in the middle of laundry day! I sent a text to Gabriel as requested and he promptly replied and offered to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He did mention that he may not be able to get any parts that were needed though, since it was the weekend, so we arranged to meet on Monday. He showed up on time and was super professional but friendly. Awesome!! He was really quick about diagnosing the problem and presenting my options. In the end, I had him repair my dryer AND clean my dryer vent, though I did not actually include that in my request, he stayed and did it right then. His price was super reasonable (even less than quoted!!) and I even got a discount for finding him on Yelp. He cleaned up everything, had all the right tools and made great conversation at the same time!! I will always give him a call in the future if I need help with any of my appliances. Excellent Yelp find!!!!!!

This guy is a bit of a con man. He tries to sell you that he is highly experienced and does top notch work. Well I had hired him to do the electrical hookup for my hot tub. The hot tub company had recommended a highly experienced and licensed electrician. However this highly experienced electrician wouldn't be available for 3 weeks so I called Gabe at One Shot Installation. Big Mistake.

Gabe claimed high levels of experienced yet when speaking with the hot tub technician, he didn't even understand basic electrical terminology. They were frustrated trying to explain to him what things were. Gabe then told me, he did commercial stuff, and was newer at residential stuff and didn't understand the terminology.

Gabe then charged me 3 times the price for parts that a normal electrician would charge me. And Gabe's total cost came out to be $1,000 for something a highly experienced residential electrician would charge $300. I actually hired the highly experienced electrician later when I moved and needed a new hookup for my hot tub.

I gave Gabe 2 stars instead of one was because he finally figured out what he needed to do after being frustrated for a few hours.

Ironically, Gabe had asked me to multiple times to write a review for him and so I am doing it now. Gabe does come across as a nice person and is personable. Just watch out for his astronomical prices and claims of high levels of experience. Con man supreme.

I'm 100% sure Gabe is the guy. There is no mixup because I called based on the reviews here. The phone number is still the same. I didn't realize the prices he charged me were astronomical until much later. I believed him at the time because he told me that's how much the parts cost because he charged labor on top of that. Unless you know the going prices for everything, be wary of Gabe. Initially Gabe said that he would do the job for $300 but once he arrived he kept on saying things needed to be replaced and it would cost more, if I didn't go with him then, I would still owe him a service call for coming out. It ended up costing about $1,000. With all the extra parts Gabe said he needed, I asked the highly experienced electrician how much it would have costed with him. He said $300.

It was an absolute pleasure having Gabriel help us to have some ceiling fans installed. He was in constant communication and was always worried that someone was trying to over sell us on impossible ""dreams"" while we are in the process of remodeling. Gabriel took the time to also check the work that had previously been done in our home we recently purchased and fixed issues he found along with also educating us on tips to keep our appliances running at their best. The work aside which was top notch, Gabriel sat and talked to myself and my wife like he was an old friend which is something you can't put a value on when you have someone in your home for hours especially when you have a toddler running around terrorizing the house. Gabriel took the time after his work was complete to follow up multiple times over the next few days to give us the names and contact information for some tile installers he has worked with in various capacities because he knew the quality of their work and we had talked about my wife and I struggling to find someone to install our flooring and a new shower in our passing conversation. The level of customer service Gabriel provides is above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Who knew I would meet a new member of my extended family just having ceiling fans installed.

Gabriel is Amazing!!! Responded right away... We had him help us change out most of the light fixtures in the whole house including fans, bathroom fixtures, contemporary chandelier and all of the led pot lights... And even install a led strip under the island counter that changes colors... He is very professional, honest, gives advice and suggestions on how to have the best outcome... He is also going to do another project for us, which is running electrical wires and hooking up our swimspa... I would highly recommend One Shot Installation to anyone, who is looking for any electrical projects!
