I was charged $178 by a technician who ran my shower for a half hour and flushed my toilet multiple times. Within 10 minutes the same problem I was having was back. When I called the company, they wanted to send the same technician who told me multiple times he didn't want to have to run a cable down my lines I canceled and I would never ever refer anyone to them. I just wanted my clogging issue to go away.

They responded quickly on a Sunday evening. It was not that much more for an emergency visit. - Wow! Lots of pictures were taken & sent to me, since I'm an out of state landlord. Johnny was my technician. He did a fabulous job communicating with me. I couldn't be happier with the service I received today.

Called for my tankless water heater which was dead and was 4 months old. The technician said it was defective and I needed to return it, I drove 50 miles and bought a new one. The next day a friend checked the electric circuits and found a bad breaker he replaced it and all is well. I almost spent hundreds of dollars for no reason and did pay a service charge for no reason. Not happy with this company.

No crap! This company was terrific from start to finish.
From my first conversation with Nicki, to set an initial appointment, to Pete who came to quote an estimate; where they were able to beat all their competition sizably, and I promise you I shopped a bunch, prices ranged from $1600.00 to $700.00 and everything in-between, I received at least 6 estimates.
I can only tell you it pays to shop!
Most importantly, the service installers, they came prepared, and ready to do the job. Coodos to Ray, Connor, and Charlie for a job well done, and thank you for your willingness to go the extra mile. Nothing was too much.
The end results! My wife is thrilled, she has the gas stove, we have been wanting for a long time, and it looks beautiful. On the first night she cooked a weeks' worth of delish food and enjoyed doing it!

Responded quickly to a sewer backup for me 10pm on a Saturday night. My sewer line goes across mine & my neighbors home. The block was far out. Their line snake could not reach such an enormous length. They were very professional & did not charge me anything even though they came out so late on a Saturday night & took time trying to snake the line. I was very impressed I wasn't charged. This builds my confidence to use them again for future needs.
