Brett is the man!!!

I called Brett regarding my shower situation. I decided to switch my tub spout and the stems on my shower. I bought a rebuild kit from Home Depot and did research from YouTube. I was not able to locate my water shutoff valve so I was only able to do the middle diverter and hot side (by turning off the water heater). After that, I tested my shower but water started leaking from the handles. It was a nightmare.

I called Brett and he is an honest guy. He answered all my questions regarding seat, stem, what to tighten, how to find my shutoff valve, what alternatives I can do and so much more. He took time out of his busy day to listen to me and reply, even at 6-7PM and follow up with me at night. He told me it's better to complete the job, follow us steps and save money instead of having him come out as it seems like I already got the hang of it. I took his advice and what do you know, my shower WORKS PERFECTLY.

I rarely leave reviews but after encountering this, Brett deserves the review. I will have him come for future issues, if needed.

Brett is an honest guy. He was able to take care of my plumbing quickly and even took the time to show me with a camera that the previous plumber who wanted to replace a ""broken sewer line"" was either incompetent or a crook. Would recommend OPP to anyone needing a good and honest plumber.

The plumber we have been using recently retired and we had to find a new one. Our kitchen faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. It was easy communicating with Brett via text message. He actually advised us to replace the kitchen faucet instead of trying to fix it because it was so old and it would cost more to fix. We bought our own parts from home depot for the job (faucet and sink basket). We had a couple of bids from other plumbers but we went with one pro plumbing because it was the lowest price. He came in on time and his work is good. I would definitely use him again. He takes zelle for payment and the business is open 7 days a week which is super helpful because not a lot of plumbers are open on the weekend

I was in need of shower/diverter repair because the water pressure was getting weaker and water keeps coming through the spout when using the shower. When I asked around a few other plumbers, they made it sound like it is a big job that costs a lot of money.

When Brett came to look at it, he was thorough explaining what needs to be done to address the issues. It took only a little less than an hour for him to complete the job. I got excited to see the shower working better and water not coming through the spout anymore.

I was very pleased with Brett's work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He got his job done efficiently.

Brett was fantastic to work with. Always showed up on time, or gave an accurate update about when he was coming. I was in the process of doing cleanup from a pool removal in my backyard, and along with it, some odds and ends.

I had the pleasure of sending him on a wild goose chase over an underground gas line. Gas line was made of PVC, which isn't up-to-code. We tried to save it, but ended up cutting bait. Wasted effort, but I learned a lot.

Also, Brett prefers text message communication over Yelp. Highly recommended!
