I called One Pro Plumbing with two issues-a shower that was backing up and no cold water at my kitchen sink. Brett was able to come the next day and though both issues turned out to be real problems, he hung in there when I think other plumbers might have given up. AMAZING. Stop asking corporate plumbing places that'll just give you the run around and over quote you. Brett responded quickly, promptly, arrived and help me with my sink and water filter rerouting. Honesty is a rarity.
Do you label your friends? Like good-time friends, BS friends, drinking friends, super smart friends, etc. And the rare, the honest friends.

If you've ever had a sewer line bursted, you would know how I felt. The feeling of hopelessness was overwhelming. I called or text at least 10 plumbers. Most, didn't call back in a timely manner. Some the estimate is not free.
I'm saving you time from calling around, Brett Escobar is something else. Most plumbers would pick dollars amount from the thin air. And some keep change the figures higher and higher like they were measuring the desperation. Some quotes were more than my first car. I was confused by the tactic and some what entertained.
Brett is like your honest friends that you have who tells you how it is and ways to save you money by doing some prep works or getting parts yourself. He got the work done quickly and professionally. The price is broken down into details that any auditor would be impressed.
I'm so glad to use his service. And I'm so glad to know that there are honest plumbers out there.

My kitchen sink was clogged and I needed a plumber fast. After looking at yelp, I decided to call OPP. I. called on a Friday night, next morning Brett showed up. Their response time was amazing. I live in an older home with old pipes, which means a clogged sink can turn into something far worse. In my case it did. Anyway, Brett was a real pro and was able to fix all the issues he encountered. I highly recommend OPP to anyone with plumbing needs.

Decided to call Brett from his reviews and as always u all are spot on. Called Brett for a drip that got worse from the shower. I was super worried it was a broken valve that could cause some damage, but just from a call and a photo I sent, Brett was able to determine the issue. I needed work to be done on the weekend, I called on a Wednesday and got on schedule for Sunday. Brett kept me informed on arrival and was very fast. He actually spotted a possible issue he brought to my attention and have another item for him to correct this weekend. Recommended!

Brett is a great plumber! He's installed a seismic valve for earthquake safety and replaced an old pressure regulating valve and shutoff valve which were falling apart. On both occasions he was upfront with an estimate of the cost, parts and his labor. He provided options for repairs, even ones that would make him less money. Once he got down to work he was fast and professional, and did fantastic work. Some larger plumbing companies were going to charge me more than two times as much for the exact same jobs! I totally recommend Brett for your plumbing work!
