I've had a kitchen back up for years and Brett came in evaluated the situation and fixed it in 1:39. He replaced the drain to the washer and snaked another drain to the main. Really nice experience. Brett is a good guy.

I needed a plumber to come in ASAP (on a Sat. night) due to my washer and the secondary line being overflowed. I called 3 plumbers and Brett was the only one who was willing to come and help. One pro plumbing aka Brett saved to day today. We had a huge leak from our family room ceiling, and Brett was able to do a high quality and reasonably priced job. Brett is very responsive (even on a Saturday like today), keeps his word and is on time when he says he will be, and is flat out upfront and honest about his estimate and your plumbing challenge. What more can you ask for? He earned a customer and referrer for life today. Trust me, contact him and save yourself the headache and costs of those other guys with a staff of 50 people trying to ask for ridiculous rates to pay for all the extra overhead. Be smart, go with OPP.

I originally did a search here on yelp for a plumber and contacted all 6 plumbers who were in my surrounding area. I received 5 replies back. The others were either comparable or WAY over the price I had been quoted.

Since Brett was so on top of things, I scheduled an appointment with him for the next day at 11am. He ended up with an earlier time slot available and called to see if I was available for him to come early. I was ecstatic! Brett came in, took care of the job quickly, efficiently, and stayed with the price I was given.

It's been a week. Everything contributes to work beautifully. I will definitely call on him again! Thanks Brett.
