Impeccable service! From punctuality to professionalism to communication -Ramon was top tier. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and all associated reasons behind it. There were no extra charges or that whole shady manipulation, dishonesty, unnecessary work for price gouging, etc... In fact - with Ramon it was the complete opposite. In short - honest man, honest work, and the job was done proper. I would highly recommend him to our neighbors and community.

Ramon came quickly to fix the pump in toilet. He did a great job. After that he also fixed an electrical socket that we had to tried to change ourselves but could not complete the job. His prices were reasonable.

This is the second time that Ramon has made our family's life better! The first one was when he installed a new laundry sink. He was so efficient and friendly!

The second was when he responded to our tenant's report that the garbage disposal wasn't working. Ramon just tinkered with it and it operated again. All I have to say is that Ramon saved my marriage!! My wonderful husband can't change a light bulb (ok, maybe it's a tiny exaggeration) so Ramon is more than a handyman, he became part of our family, helping us with every single work at our new house just as he did at our former house. He is very knowledgeable, professional and he does everything with a big smile and a can do attitude. We are fortunate to have met him!

Ramon immediately responds to requests with a detailed estimate and date/time he can do the work. Communication is done through text and/or email which is very convenient. He replaced two bathroom faucets and water shutoff valves. Due to the rust in my old bathrooms, the faucets were difficult to replace, but Ramon worked all day until it was completed and didn't add to the original estimate.

I called this company to address one minor issue and by the time he was able to get there (a couple of days later), my tenant had several other items that needed to be inspected.

Ramon fixed those that needed repair (a broken closet door and loose floorboards) during his visit without needing to get other parts. He looked at two other issues (possibly leaking sink and loose bathtub faucet handle) and determined that no repair was needed. I really appreciated his honesty not to ""fix"" things that weren't broken.

He is fairly priced as a handyman and is on my speed dial list for any future repairs.

Upfront I am not rating on quality of work because they never made it that far.

Ramon quoted me $125 to install a ptrap and faucet head for a utility sink (over the phone) then I mentioned to secure utility sink to wall (2x screws), his price jumped to $175...(40% increase for 2x screws). That's when alarm bells started going off.

Beware, do your research before you hire handymen. They tend to overcharge and hold steady on highest quote even though it's ridiculous.
