They are the only distributor of a particular kind of filter for my furnace. i was referred to them from the manufacturer of the air unit to purchase the filter. They declined to sell me the filter stating that they would have to have a service technician come out and install the filter. As you can imagine, any idiot can replace a filter without the expense and hassle of a service call. RIDICULOUS!!!

Stay far away. Had an appointment 8-12. Nobody showed or called. I called 4 times. Each time put on hold and then disconnected from a call center in Phoenix AZ. Plumber finally called at 1:30 and said this was common. I said no thanks. Then received another call at 3pm that they were ready to send someone over. Worst waste of a Saturday.
