We had a leak in the wall behind the kitchen sink. I called every big plumbing company in the area and not one would answer the phone or return my messages. I finally got on Yelp and saw all the good reviews for One Good Plumber. I called and Conrad answered right away. He was here within 2 hours and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him for my future plumbing needs.

Conrad answered the phone, made space in his scedule to assess my situation, and arrived within two hours. He recommended a conservative way to deal with leaking on ceiling coming from the bathroom above. There was no visible evidence of leaking from the upstairs tub, sink, or washing machine. He said leaks are often due a problem with the wax ring seal under the toilet. Rather than ripping out the ceiling to investigate all the pipes under the bathroom, he suggested replacing the toilet's wax ring, and waiting to see if there are any new water marks on ceiling below. I appreciate him offering the conservative approach, and I hope he is right and I do not have to rip out ceiling later.
