He was very precise about the time he would be here, worked cleanly, and was properly masked as well. Communicated by phone and text, before and after the job.

Very nice & Professional...and even in his work attire, was very neat.

Had a plumbing issue that another contractor messed up and was in dire need of someone qualified to repair it. Conrad was able to come by the same day, replaced what was destroyed and fixed the issue quickly. He even came back to make a water temperature adjustment for free. Had a clog in our main water line and used my Home Warranty to sort it out and they sent One Good Plumber. He couldn't fix our issue, as it needs to be taken up with S&W, but tried diligently to fix it and told us what we needed to do. He was able to come earlier than scheduled which I appreciated. Very professional and explained what he did so we know in the future if it happens again. A pleasant experience for what it was.

Oh my gosh it was a Mardi Gras miracle. Let me set the scene, I'm cleaning up the kitchen and the drain isn't working and water is going into the dishwasher. I go about my night and make a note to get Draino in the morning. I mean, why let something you can't fix immediately but think you can fix later ruin the party? I get said Draino and now water from the dishwasher is filling my sink, it's 7:30 am and I'm in trouble. Conrad answered the phone, heard me out, and said he could come out at 3 pm (on a scheduled parade night). Let me tell you, won't He do it?! Conrad fixed the clog and my fixtures that I normally have to re-tighten every 3 months. He is one of the nicest tradesmen that have ever done work at my house. I texted his number to all my homeowner friends because he is a miracle worker and his prices are fair. Please call this man for all of your plumbing needs. He is amazing, I am elated that my kitchen is fixed! And, yes won't he will.
