One Flow Backflow

I usually don't post reviews on Yelp but I'm making an exception for One Flow Back Flow. If anyone needs their backflow prevention device tested, serviced or replaced; I would recommend One Flow Back Flow highly. I own a retail water store and testing of our backflow prevention device is required annually. I had tried to use the gentleman who had tested my device in previous years but after numerous emails and phone calls failed to get results and with one week left before the deadline to submitted test results, I turned to John at One Flow. A live person, I think John's wife, answered the call. She suggested sending photos of the backflow device and stated that John would give me a quote by the end of the day. This was Monday. By 2PM, I had a quote. There were a couple of email exchanges to which John responded promptly to clarify a couple questions. By 4:00 we had scheduled an appointment for 10AM Wednesday. John showed up at the scheduled time. He and his technician had the backflow prevention device replaced and tested by 1PM.

Unlike the gentleman that I had been using who said he has been in the business over 25 years, I was very impressed by John's prompt response to the phone and emails, the adherence to promised times and quality of work. You don't often experience this level of professionalism these days. I will use John and One Flow Back Flow for my backflow prevention device testing and service from here on out.

John from Oneflow is a great guy to work with. He came twice to complete the backflow inspection for our restaurant. The first time we couldn't open the lock to the protective cage. He came a second time to complete his work. John is very responsive, and the price is reasonable. Oneflow completed all the paperwork and submitted it to the town. Nice, easy and hassle free service. Had a backflow on my property for years and it wasn't? until recently that I was mandated by the city to have it inspected. I called one flow and spoke to John who happened to be the owner. After a brief conversation on backflows, he realized he wasn't too far from my property and told me he could stop by after his current appointment. Upon arriving he gave me a crash course on the device and the importance of testing backflows. He then gave me a quote before any work was done (a real rarity with contractors). John provided? Great customer service and provided testing the same day I? called?! I will be using john and one flow for all my backflow needs in the future!

Steve with backflow was super responsive and got the job done in no time at all. He is great with communication and took care of submitting the documents to the water district for us. We really didn't have to do anything, he made it so easy for us. The price is great and you can't beat the exceptional service. I will be using him every year for our backflow testing.

I called One Flow after receiving a final notice from the city to test our backflow before suspending our water service. We were anxious to get the test done ASAP. Sydney answered the phone, and was a delight to work with. She immediately dispatched a backflow technician who came out the SAME day. For less than $100 they came out and quickly handled the testing. The next day they took care of all the paper work. Extremely happy with the customer service, I'll be calling back next year for our annual test.
