Yes, they were available in a timely manner. And, yes they apparently do have according to YELP a 4.5 star rating. However, my experience with them would give them between 1 and 2 Stars MAXIMUM. And here is why ( in my opinion - they have license to STEAL) . I have a home warranty contract company that called them to replace a water heater OK so far! My warranty contract states Water Heater ""COVERED: All components and parts"". The technician arrives to replace water heater and states that I owe not only $65.00 service fee (expected) but now an additional $305.00 charges. I question a breakdown on charges and they wanted $150 Permit Fees and balance for connection pipes at top, gas sediment connections, PRV - Pressure _Relief Valve connections etc.
Point 1 These fees were EXCESSIVE. I researched Building Permit they were $75.00 to walk-in and less than that for internet registration. Top Connection Pipes were $30. At Home Depot, other connections less than another $30.00
Point 2 I have been in Property Management AND Maintainence for over 40yrs (just now getting too OLD) and can 95% of times never had to replace those parts.
Point 3 after 4 days of discussion with Vendor and the resident having to live with leaking water heater, mopping up water, and cooler hot water AND this company saying "" If pay additional $305 or we will not do the job"". Naturally, I had to pay - out of concern for consideration of renter.

I had a water heater that has met its day and needed to be replaced. Although I did not use One Drop Plumbing, I would definitely give them a call to see what they can do for you. Their prices were very reasonable and they had a good response time. Give them a call.

We needed a faucet installed in the kitchen and a running toilet fixed. The plumber who came out was early, worked quickly, and the price was awesome. Some other outfits quoted me $70 just to show up and quote it. One Drop showed up and did it! Thank you One Drop for keeping your word on price, and keeping to the schedule.

We had a new water heater installed last year per our previous home owners warranty etc. It was Rheem and it was a lemon. We have been told home warranty companies will use whatever the cheapest options are, and we were told by 3 plumbers it was worthless. We have had numerous issues with it.. many times we have had no hot water! We switched to a new company for our warranty and alas the same issue started up last month. They put us in touch with one drop plumbing. I will advise the front desk clerk is very hard to understand (must be her accent) so it's very difficult to understand her and get things on the books, but our home warranty chose this place. We contacted them because we have had to shut off our water heater 3-4 times a day and turn it back on for 5 minutes of hot water. We didn't know it made our power bill sky rocket $200 more!! I don't know why we have to pay this, for faulty equipment, but we had someone come out to look at it, there was an error code, and the front desk clerk told us THEY needed to order a part, it might take 1-2 weeks, and call us when it's in for installation. We patiently waited, almost 2 weeks with no hot water. Finally the plumber came, with no part, and said he knew nothing about the error, issues, nothing. He was there to run a diagnostic. I almost lost it.. horrible communication. So we called One Drop back. The front desk lady told us WE had to order the part, as it was still under warranty, pretty much telling us we needed to handle it all. I'm not a plumber, what part do I order?, why not tell us this 2 weeks ago vs. saying they had to order it?, it was a total mess. I was so upset, it ruined my weekend. The front desk clerk didn't seem to care and I rated the company 1 star. Then 5 minutes later, the plumber who came called us, said he ordered the part as a rush, might take a couple days, call us when its in and they'll install it. It arrived, they came the next morning first thing, fixed/installed it within 20 minutes, so far zero issues, hot water is working!!! The plumbers they have are absolutely amazing, I wish you could talk to them directly they need a new front desk clerk that's for sure, that has better communication skills and better customer service, but the plumbers/workers themselves are amazing and really helped us out thus why I gave them 4 stars.. they are the ones who deserve it!!

The circulating pipe of our hot water tank leaked. One Drop Plumbing was dispatched by our home insurance company to fix the problem. Dimitar came to survey the problem and submitted a proposal to our insurance for repair. We're very impressed with his caring attitude, as well as his thorough & professional services. He did a beautiful job to insure all the weak points in the pipe were covered. He even pointed out the urgency for drying the wall to prevent molding at his first visit as if he was taking care of his own family. After the tank was fixed, he patiently tested every faucet in the house to make sure plumbing worked properly. We strongly recommend One Drop Plumbing with no hesitation; Dimitar earned our trust in taking care of business.

The driver of the van tried to merge into my lane but he didn't have enough space or time, so I honked a warning beep to let him know. He decided it was within his right to honk back at me after he was able to merge /safely/ behind me. Although he used his signal, I'm not slamming on my brake to potentially be hit by the car behind me. When he passed my car, he also shot me dirty looks and presented an unbecoming finger. Very unprofessional and unsafe driving practices.
I thought against posting this review, but since he decided to be a jerk while using a company vehicle - he's representing this company as a whole.

I'm literally in shock on the outstanding service! Search no further... you are in the best of hands here! FIVE STARS!

So far, I'm not impressed. The first technician sent out to fix a bath tub faucet problem showed up with a toilet snake and no idea how to handle the faucet hardware. (I figured out how to do it properly after searching the Moen website, which provides a detailed video. The technician proceeded to attempt a fix but installed the old cartridge and then stripped out the retaining nut. The next day, a new technician can and couldn't even assess the job because of the stripped out retaining nut. The next step requires them to remove the entire tub from the enclosure, which my home warranty approved. Then they missed the appointment to make the repairs with absolutely no contact by the company. An assistant called a few days later, and said they would be out the following Monday. That is today. No contact in the last week. No confirmed appointment time. No contact with the home warranty. And at 3pm, it's looking like another no show in at hand.
The guys are very nice and did their best to navigate the home warranty process. At first, very responsive and apologetic for mistakes that were made. But now, they are not responding and not showing up...and they damaged my faucet. Hope I get a reason to edit this review.

As the adage states: "" Everyone needs a good mechanic, a good lawyer, and a good plumber "" I have had the awesome fortune of gaining all THREE now ! I contacted One Drop Plumbing for a bathtub drain at a rental property. The company was so quick to respond, and we scheduled. THEN : a different rental property of mine had an emergency two days later....a angle stop broke which could have resulted in a nightmare and downstairs disaster from my condo... The company calmed me down and sent a professional FIRST THING Monday morning. Only one night of stress, and these pros saved me HUNDREDS of dollars avoiding an emergency water line burst and insurance trauma ! They helped immediately.... gosh, I appreciate them so much. I trust them and am so happy to have them for my plumbers. They are great, polite, and super professional ! Constance G.

Today I frantically called around to get quotes for a water heater. One Drop Plumbing was the only one out of three who picked up their phone. Mike told me he could be here in 30 minutes and he was. He looked at it and gave me a price which I knew was good, because two other people told me what they paid. It was done in under two hours. The space these guys had to work in was VERY cramped due to a shelving unit and an old soft water hookup which was so old and ugly and in their way. They capped that off and made it look so much better at no extra cost.
Super efficient and very professional. Thank you guys.
You are the BEST!!!
