One Day Complete Repipe

I had kicked the can down the road about as far as I could on re-piping our house. Over the last few years I'd talked to a few of the re-pipe companies and never got a solid feeling from any of them. That and the high pressure ""if you sign by Friday I'll give you $200 off!!"" A little more research on many of these guys showed they used subcontractors and didn't have their own installers, good luck when you have a problem or need follow up after the fact.
One Day Repipe was different from the start, sales guy Scot was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the process. When the big day came the guys were there on time and prepared. I walked the house with Jose (owner) to go over a couple things and off they went. They were very clean, respected our house and were friendly guys. New piping all the way to the meter was complete in one day and water was on when we got home at 6 that night.
As it turns out we did need a little post install support to which Jose addressed himself, (think about the scope of work, little things are going to pop up) he's a great guy, cares about his customers and just gets it. I'm not sure I would have got the same support if I went with one of the other companies that uses subcontractors, something tells me there would have been a lot of finger pointing...
One Day Repipe is a very busy company, I asked Jose why he didn't have more crews, he told me he wanted to personally oversee his projects and couldn't do that if his business got to big, that says it all to me...

Gave good estimate and finished repiping in one day. Patching took two days. Everything was done as promised and very efficiently and timely. Only problem was scheduling the inspection. Took a few days for that.

Jose and team provided a fair price, provided lots of detail on how they do their work and offer a long warranty. However they also did an exceptional job of our repipe including hot water pump. They went above and beyond what we had expected -- even other plumbers who have been out since (to install soft water, etc) have commented on what an excellent job they did. You will not be sorry if you work with them!

If you have an issue with any of your drains, call Them!! This past week I noticed my master bathroom sink drain wasn't draining as well as usual and today it stopped draining completely. I called around 3:30 pm after a poor experience with another plumbing company. They were able to send out a technician not only the same day but within 2 hours of my call. They sent out Mike for my clogged drain. He is one of the best technicians I've worked (and I've met a lot!). He is incredibly professional, very knowledgeable about drains, thorough in his work, and patient with all the questions I had for him about my issue today. Thank you again, Mike!!

The Best Plumbers in San Jose, hands down! These guys came out to my home for a plumbing emergency that 3 other plumbing companies failed to diagnose and fix properly. They are an excellent team. They worked on my home last September and it was a great experience compared to what I saw at others' homes. We are glad that we had the right team to help us. That is why I came back to leave my review.

They first came to look at the house and gave us a quote. The quote was reasonable and they said they could do it one day so we decided to have them repipe our home. They repiped the whole house, removed the old water heater, installed a new tank-less water heater and adjusted the water pressure all in one day. The team did an excellent job. Jose was here the whole time when the city permit inspector was here. The inspector suggested some changes which Jose implemented right away.

During this period of time, we were also remodeling the house. Jose also gave us tips and reminded me things that I should work with my contractor. Our general contractor changed his requirements of gas pipe and vanity water pipe location. Jose and his team took care of our needs. They came back a total of 3 times to meet our requirements. We really appreciate Jose and the whole team. They are honest and responsible guys. I am very happy about their work and already recommended One Day Complete Repipe to other people.

Well, it's never a good day when you have to spend thousands of dollars on plumbing work, but Ron and Juan and their crew made it as painless as possible. We got a water bill in November that was higher than our summer usage, so we figured either we have a leak or they read the meter wrong. The December bill arrived and it was even higher, so now we knew we had a leak. And so on one of our handyman's regular visits, we actually found a bubbling spring in our front yard! We dug down to the pipe and discovered a 61 year-old galvanized pipe that had a bunch of pinhole sized leaks (looked almost like a shower head spraying). We tried patching it with that fiberglass composite pipe wrap you can buy that works on wet pipes, but sadly that only slowed the leak down. The next day I started picking through Yelp for plumbing reviews. Ron was the first to get back to me, and was also the first to be able to come out and look at the job. We got another quote or two, but since Ron was able to come immediately (this may have just been good luck, but he was able to come over within 2 hours of his first call to me in response to my Yelp inquiries). Long story short, he quoted a fair price and was able to come do my job 6 days later. Ron had said the crew might be a bit late on Thursday, and there was excellent communication with Ron & Juan, so sure enough, on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, Juan texted me to say they would arrive around 1 pm and would bring extra crew to get my job done by end of the day since my inspection was set up for the very next day. So sure enough, Juan and crew arrive about 1 pm and are done by 4:30 pm. The next morning, they are back to my house and waiting for the inspector to arrive. Everything passed with no problem, so they filled in the trench and all was well and completed exactly as promised. 5 stars. Don't hesitate to hire Juan and crew.

Everything about them: professionalism, punctuality, customer service. Scott come to my Santa Clara home on-time for every meeting. We walked through the house together and I pointed out what I wanted. We discussed water softener options and what was entailed plumbing-wise. That required a few reconfigurations of my laundry room that required a second visit to discuss with Jose the owner.

One the day of the job the team arrived on time (9am) and began work right away. Their original estimate was they would complete the work by 6 but it took them until 9pm. But they were good to their word. The work was complete and the water was turned back on. The reason the job took longer was Jose had to come in himself and fill in for an employee who got ill as well as having to add a new drain to accommodate the new laundry room configuration.

The second day Jose came back to address a few small items I pointed out needed tweaking. A Father/Son drywall team was there to wait for the rough plumbing inspection. They walked the inspector through the plumbing and asked if he could sign off the final at the same time which he couldn't. After the inspector left (2pm) they patched all the of the drywall inside and in the garage as well. They did an AMAZING job where they even patched holes that they didn't cause. They even helped me out by swapping the washer and dryer around which would have cost me a sore back and over an hour. They just lifted one right over the other!

The third day Jose's office administrator called and let me know when the inspector would come by for the final inspection. If was at my home at the appointed time and the inspection went smoothly.

All in all the BEST contractor experience I've had in my 20years of owning my home. They are simply THE BEST!

Worked with Jose to get a quote for repiping from supply line to house and to the hot water heater. They did the work in December 2017 and it was all done with permits. The crew was on time and very professional. They did a great job covering the floors in the house, and put up plastic barrier around the crawl space area in the bedroom closet. My smoke detectors were outdated and they picked up some at Home Depot and installed them. I would highly recommend.
