They say they are going to show up and then don't. After I experienced this I did some on line research and found other reviewers who had the same experience. They came out and looked then cancelled first repair date, said they'd call the next day to arrange for key, have not heard from them since. Also, guy emphasizes he's a ""pastor"", I guess to make you think he is honorable and trustworthy. Don't believe it.
