I got an appointment for a plumber to come and look at my washer pipes that was leaking (Not tightened from the last plumber that came out) One Call sent a plumber, he said he tightened the 2 valves that went to my washer and replaced a hose that was clearly leaking, l showed him another pipe that needed to be replaced and he said """" if you do that you will need to turn your water off and he suggested not doing that, he gave me an invoice that he wrote on that said l asked for a cheap way out...then charged me $142.00 and was at my house about 10-15 minutes, l never told him that l wanted the pipe fixed, l never asked him how much and l knew it was going to leak when he left. I washed a load of clothes and water went all over my floor. I call...One Call Plumbing and they said the could send him out Monday....my floor was full of water, it wouldn't have been if he had replaced the pipe l showed him was leaking...if you use One Call you need to watch what they are fixing, it's sad you can't trust people and not have to stand over them..... If your looking for a plumbing company that knows what they are doing then this is the only plumber to use!!! They where here when promised and prices where more then fair. Had Kevin and Steven as my plumbers and they are great.

Water heater pilot light went out and I couldn't restart it... called them and they came out within an hour. Very responsive and extremely professional! My heater will need to be replaced in the near future, and I know who I will have do it! Thanks!!!

This plumbing company is terrible. I had a kitchen sink that would not drain. I needed to get that fixed. The plumber from One Call Plumbing who came out to my house told me that all of my plumbing in the entire house absolutely had to be replaced immediately. I told him, no, I just need the kitchen sink clog taken care of for now. He said that was NOT an option, whatsoever. He told me in no uncertain terms that ALL of the plumbing in the house had to be replaced, that doing so was the ONLY option available to me. Then, he wrote me up a quote to do the job for over $5,000!!!! Then, he charged me a $40 service fee without doing ANY WORK! I may not know much about plumbing, but I can spot a con job when I see one. The guy was missing half of his teeth and acted like he was hopped up on speed. He thought he had spotted someone who was born yesterday and knew nothing about plumbing and had some money to blow, so he tried to scam me. Later, I got a real plumber out to the house who fixed ALL of my immediate problems for $240. That's a far cry from $5,000. Turns out, the plumbing lines just needed to be snaked. This plumbing company is an absolute joke. DO NOT CALL THEM.

We had an emergency that required someone at that moment. KEVIN from OneCall arrived within 30 minutes to fix our issue. Not only was his professional and kind, he's patient and was willing to teach someone his knowledge. The price was very reasonable. The issue was fixed with 10 mins of walking into our home, and the next 25 was him teaching me how to maintain our plumbing. I'm very appreciative of Kevin. We had all of our water lines including the line from the road to our house replaced. Also our water heater replaced. We called and they were here that day for an estimate ( the only place we called based on the great reviews we read ). Their quote was very reasonable, we set a time for them to be here the next morning and they were right on time. Our plumbers Ryan and Justin were very professional, informative, and speedy having completed the job in just 1 day! We were very impressed with this company and definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs we may possibly have in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family.

One Call plumbing is professional and timely and do great work. The staff was responsive and customer oriented. However, they are extremely expensive! I contacted several other plumbers to get a quote on an emergency issue at my house. Two other plumbers in the area were almost 1/2 the cost. I had to go with One Call Plumbing as they were the only one available.

I recently moved n to my new home, which had a brand washer and dryer. During the first load of Kay set, the washing machine flooded water onto my hardwood floors. I phoned this plumbing company and spoke with Amber, who dispatched Steven .Steven not only fixed the problem, but explained what he was doing during the whole job, and was polite and prompt. A really good company! Quality work and priced by the book! Guy Informed me well and I signed to have the work done and it was done very well! I owned a Construction outfit in NC and this company really impressed me! They are now my go to Professional Plumbing Company! Did I mention their not only Licensed but they have performance bonds and general liability insurance in place! That's something that can't be said for a few outfits in the Spartanburg area. When your toilet backs up, and the plunger doesn't help, it's frustrating and even scary. Called One Call Plumbing. Chuck was at my house within a half hour. Friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable guy. Had everything working in less than an hour. Super guy.
