I called to get a water pressure regulator replaced. When I called, the lady answering the phone was very courteous and professional. I got an appointment for the following week. I received a call from the same lady and she explained that some emergencies popped up and they were going to delay it for a week. I was OK with that, I understand things happen and a new pressure regulator was not a high priority. Again, she was very professional and I appreciated the call. The day of service, the technician called me in the morning and let me know what time he would be there. the two guys showed up ( one was in training so he was watching the other one). They were very professional and had it changed in a half an hour. They were very nice guys and seemed very knowledgeable. Everything was a 5 star up until this point. When the technician called, I asked him if he wanted me to get the regulator or if he had one on hand. He told me that he would stop and get one so i snapped a photo and sent it to his cell phone. He confirmed he got it. I knew that the cost was between $130-$150 at Lowe's or Grainger or just about anywhere that I looked online. When he wrote the bill up it was over $400 and all it said was $75.00 service call and a total of $412.00. I didn't say anything and wrote him the check because he got the total from someone he called on the phone and I didn't get a quote before hand so I chalk one up for the other team. I still can't figure it out. I guess if you add the regulator and the service call that equals about $200.00. So I'm figuring they charge over $400.00 and hour because he was in and out in 20 minutes. This company would be a 5 Star if it wasn't for the pricing.

My attempt to have a plumbing issue corrected by One Call Plumbing (OCP) was far from a confidence building experience. The gentlemen who came to my home to evaluate the problem were respectful and conducted themselves in a professional manner while on site. This seemed to be a good start and I was pleased they came out so quickly to investigate the problem. Unfortunately this was the peak of my working relationship with OCP, it was all down hill from there. Numerous no-shows, miscues, and difficulty coordinating schedules came to be a continuing nightmare which never resolved. Additionally, the plumbing issue I had was, in my opinion, treated by using the most costly option first followed by incrementally less expensive ""fixes"" that failed to correct the original problem. After dragging on for months without a workable remedy from OCP I finally contacted another plumbing company. Miracle of miracles! The new company fixed my water issue within two days of contacting them! When the cause of the plumbing problem was correctly determined, the new plumber was able to effect repairs with significantly less cost to me than the next proposed ""fix"" offered by One Call Plumbing.

Run, don't walk from this company. We had a drain back up and called them. They fumbled to remove cover from clean out and we had to finally lend them a screwdriver. They claimed to run camera and try to flush line. Told us they could only go about 4 feet out from clean out due to a BREAK in the TERRA COTTA Pipe and painted ""6.5"" on the ground to indicate where to dig and how deep. They billed us $ 545.10 !!! The next day we had a backhoe come in and dig where they marked. There was no break. We also put an electric eel thru the pipe which went thru with no problem. We cut out a section and decided to put in another clean out. There was no blockage at all. We then called S.Union Township. Jason Scott came out early in the AM on his own time, with his own equipment. He can verify there was no break, and it was plastic pipe not terra cotta. As a check just to be sure about the drain, we had Shadd Matthews of Tri County Drain Specialists,LLC take a look for us. He is a very knowledgeable, professional young man who inspected the pipe and ran water thru from the house to the street. There is no break. Thank goodness we didn't fall for One Call's evaluation. They wanted to replace entire pipe. They cost us time and money in having to get other people to give us second opinions, and in equipment rental. As for the $545.10... it was absurd, just trying to scam an older couple. We put stop on check but to be fair, we will send the $65.10 for service call. I hope no one else gets taken by these people.

This company has terrible customer service! I had 4 different appointments scheduled and they never made it on time. I had to make numerous calls to get them to my home. Finally on the day of the repair they scheduled me between 8-10am. They showed up at 2pm unprepared to do the work stating they misunderstood what I needed done and told me to hire someone else, after I paid $265 for an incomplete job. DO NOT hire this company! Unprofessional and not customer friendly!

Keep looking. Took almost 3 months start to finish to get a water main replaced and the sidewalk NOT fixed to the way it was supposed to be. Owner didn't return calls, didn't keep appointments, and frequently said he or his guys were ""heading right over"" or ""already on the way"" only to not show up for hours if at all. Not worth it. You should find a company that acts professionally, actually fixes what they damage, and doesn't blow off its customers.

AWFUL. Lied to us about what needed done and charged us 300.00 for the estimate. they wanted to charge us 3000.00 for something that did not make sense to us so we called another plumber who verified that it did not need what they said.
