Called James Plumbing to replace a toilet for us. My husband , who is handicapped still recovering from a broken leg, went ahead and removed the old toilet. was not easy. Carlos came and proceeded to install new toilet which we had purchased. His first request was for us to open all windows because he was too hot. It was cold outside and we are in our 70's. But OK I did as he requested. Then he found a problem while installing which required more equipment.(More money). Installed the toilet only to find that it had a crack and was leaking. Then he had the audacity to ask me if we had a pump to get the water out!!! Mind you, this is a new toilet with clean water in it!!!! What????? He was going to leave us without fixing anything and no help for us to finish the project. I had to leave the house as I was furious!!!! This project cost us a fortune. The plumber from hell will never come in our house again!!

Called on a rainy Monday morning and was quoted $ and connected to a plumber within 30 minutes. Isaac arrived at my house 30 minutes later and addressed the backed up main line within an hour, even after a little troubleshooting. He was friendly, clear, fast, and the price is good. I've certainly found my plumber for my new house.

Excellent service! Very difficult boiler issue tied in with heating and ice melt system. They stuck to the job until it was properly done and up to code. Also serviced bathroom and kitchen problems quickly and efficiently. Outstanding overall!

Six stars if I could... James called back promptly, showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and got the job done. I had a strange problem with the appliance he and his employee installed, and James stuck with it until he figured it out. Very reasonable price, too. Outstanding work.

Made an appointment from 1:00 to 4:30. At 4:45 I called to find out where the plumber was. All the operator could do was give me the number of the plumber and she acted like it was my fault. I called the plumber and I could hear the music in the bar he was in. I asked if he was going to show and he said he lost my number. Waited 3 1/2 hours for a no-show and no one at James seemed to really care. Guess they have so much business they can blow you off. Got online and figured out how to do it myself. Call anyone else. Unprofessional losers.

Horrible. So much time & money wasted. Scammers. Took several attempts to ""fix"", spent the majority of the time watching YouTube videos & calling to ask questions. Didnt Realize I spoke Spanish and spoke his bigotry about me in my home. Vile people who will take your money, time and energy and leave you where you started, but drained. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company at all costs! It took them 4 attempts to replace a hot water circulator. Then they tried to repair a drip in a shower and managed to leave us not only with the drip but with no hot water in that shower. They actually tried to tell us that it was impossible that there had ever been hot water in that shower, notwithstanding the fact that it has worked perfectly for 15 years and I had just taken a hot shower the day before. A quick trip to Dahl and we got the necessary replacement part ourselves and now have a perfectly functioning shower.
