Called this company to help me with my plumbing and the owner came to inspect my house and told me that he would give me a discount if I went on a date with him. I thought he was kidding but then he came close to my face and asked again, I had to ask him to leave my property. Lucky I didn't call the cops! I felt so disrespected! Extremely unprofessional I never had to deal with such disgust in my entire life. Please beware of this company the owner is an old nasty man that tries to bribe on woman

I had a plumbling emergency and I found One Call Construction Services, gave them a call and right away they responded. The plumbing manager came out himself assessed my situation He took his time and explained everything I needed to me he was very patient and honest, about what I needed to me. They provided great services. I have a lot of work in progress and I would highly recomend this company to anyone looking for this type of execellent services.

This business sucks!!! The owner has a serious problem with the truth and with customer appreciation. He seems to just feel he can roll in whenever he feels like it and his crew is no better. My neighbor just had their roof replaced by another company this week and the crew showed up each day by 7:00am and stayed until dark for 3 days to complete the job, even working in rain for a period of time. We were lucky if the crew from One Call showed up before 9:00am and stayed all day, never mind until dark and God forbid they get wet. They couldn't pull themselves away from their cell phones long enough to work and seemed to really enjoy our gazebo and outdoor patio area as they spent an extraordinary amount of time sitting on the chairs. One even brought their wife/girlfriend and young child who ran around the yard and pulled on tree branches (only problem with that was that the tree was newly planted and the branches were young and tender). No one thought it was inappropriate that he was allowed to run at will and we live very close to a busy highway. Lunch breaks took approximately 2 hours and they left a mess every day. They have damaged or killed many of our plants and currently have debris piled upon new grass that was seeded about a month before they began work. To add insult to injury, the city inspector had to make numerous trips to the job site and in the end, they still failed to pass inspection. We are now waiting for them to make repairs....6 weeks and counting. :(

This was a horrible experience. They were the most unprofessional, and untrustworthy group of people I've ever had the unfortunate opportunity to work with. They don't care about you, or your home. They want money, that's it. They are nice and lie to you, to get you to sign a contract, and then they won't talk to you until they want to collect the money. Then they hound you before the job is even complete. Stay FAR away from these people.

The worst company you could find. These guys completed a roof job in May 2017. The roof started leaking in September 2017 (4 months later) and they refuse to stand by their work and come out to the property. One Call Construction's name is ironic because after about 20 calls they still have not stood by their work. They say they will call back, email me, and yet I have to call from a different number to even have my call answered at this point. Because of their poor communication, I originally stalled on having someone else come out and a few more days of rain caused significant damage. The new roofer claimed that the work that was done was extremely poor and borderline negligent. I am seriously considering my legal options but the most important thing for me at this time is to warn anyone and everyone from doing business with this company. Please take your money elsewhere. These guys are dishonest and have no pride in their work. You will ultimate be like us, paying more for a different company to fix the work they did incorrectly, and repair the damage that their work caused.

Worst customer service I have ever had in any industry in recent memory. Porch roof was reroofed in February 2013 and was already leaking by June 2013. Be prepared for profanity, name-calling, no ownership of poor construction. You have been warned.

Wow the most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with. I was closing on a house and needed the items corrected that the inspector noted in his report. Eddie told me he was going to Disney until Monday for five days but would take care of the wiring problems before closing. Monday morning came and no Eddie. Called him and he assured me they would be there in the afternoon and start work. The afternoon came and he called and said he can't do the job because it was to hard for him. They waited five days to tell me they didn't want to bother with the job leaving me scrambling to find another electrician to clean up his mess three days before closing. I did find an electrician and after inspecting the previous work they did they suggested I file a complaint and get their license revoked because of the illegal and not to code work they did. If he didn't quit I never would have found out how incompetent and dangerous their previous work was.

please run from this company beware- scam unprofessional and rude! Response to Owner: This is the most communication that i've had since you refused to provide the credentials of the engineer and architect. That determined that the house was is such dire needs of demolishing. That should of been determined prior to accepting the job along with our substantial deposit. In addition to the lack of communication. No conversation about returning any funds. What would be left to be considered if the contractor is not licensed by the state of Florida? You are getting unlicensed contractors and pulling permits. Only for you to start the work and then determined that the home should be demolished. To deem that a substantial amount of work needs to be done and you will need an absorbent about of money to proceed. That is a definition of a scam? You also said you brought the recommendations to the building department. Although, I have not received it as the paying customer. As mentioned in original post consumer BEWARE! Deformation; No ma'am, just reviewing other reviews that have expressed their grievance. As appose to utilizing that term deformation you should consider the term consistent. Which your company doesn't display and your reviews reflect. Consistently having poor reviews!!!!!

Absolutely the WORST NIGHTMARE. We were relatively forced into using One Call as the work on the house was a renovation and the general contractor chose them. We used them for plumbing and that went relatively well, until it didn't. All sorts of excuses for how copper pipes behind walls couldn't be replaced yet we paid for REPLACEMENT of the plumbing. Waking up nightly to the sound of water dripping into the tub has just iced the cake as we know better than to even ask One Call to actually DO the job they were paid to do CORRECTLY. Then: We had the misfortune of dealing with Randall at One Call. He did the electrical panel switch-out and upgrade in our house. He installed a surge protector on the breaker box and stated that there might be an issue with what he referred to as a 'double tap', and that he'd fix it if there was an issue. When the electrical was inspected there were questions regarding the double tap but allowed the pass on inspection. When the 4 point inspection was done for the insurance company though, there was a completely different result, FAIL. My homeowner's insurance won't accept the double tap nor will the accept the explanation for it and we can't seem to get Randall to come fix the issue he's created, which is now the reason my homeowner's insurance policy is being cancelled. Even my general contractor can't get Randall to make good on what he's been paid IN FULL to do. Then: We used One Call for the replacement of the roof, sloped and flat and were put into the middle of the money war between the general contractor and One Call... Although the renovation loan approved One Call to do the roof and explained that they would receive the approved bid amount IN FULL once the job was done, One Call demanded a deposit from the Contractor (which he provided)... One Call, mid- job added an extra $1K to the amount of the job yet never provided the extra materials they claimed were needed. They did work which I, the homeowner never signed an approval on to be done and managed to take 2 weeks to put the roof on (claimed it would be 3 days). Part of the bid was to also replace the roof on the shed... they attempted to just rip up partial shingles and lay down new but not to replace the underlayment and didn't match the shingle colors on the shed (it looked like a tetris game). We watched the workers from across the street when they thought we'd left, stealing mangoes from the tree and witnessed the job foreman lay under the mango tree drinking beer until she passed out. Once the job was FINALLY completed correctly, and One Call was paid the FULL AMOUNT ON THE APPROVED BID, they refused to return the deposit or any part of it to the general contractor (essentially making it so they were paid 1 & 1/2 times the amount of the roof). We'd warn ANYONE to RUN from these people, just as the other review states, we only WISH we'd known who we were dealing with and the nightmare which would follow afterward. We're going to most likely lose homeowner's insurance coverage because of Randall at One Call and are looking into every legal option we can take against them.

I agree it is very hard to work with and the communication is horrible I will never do business with these people again! Very shady business.
