This place will rob you blind if you don't pay attention. They quoted me $3920 to put in a 50 gallon water heater. I did it for a quarter of that cost elsewhere. They are making over $3,000 for labor because the cost of parts are under $800. What a rip!

We were in need of a new hot water heater and called On Time Service. Spoke to Katie and she was able to answer all our questions and book appointment for the next day. Bill arrived on time and was very professional,friendly and efficient. Explain everything we needed to know about the new heater. Removed the old heater and left the area cleaner than he found it. Could not have asked for better service. Would highly recommend using this company.
