About 3years ago I had a water line break in the front of my house just about my entire front yard had to be dugout and pipes replaced so I was referred by a friend of mine to call nick and Zack when I called they immediately came to my home they were both very professional and honest nick and Zack and there crew worked very late hours too repair the problem as time went on (2016) i discovered my floor in my dining room was hot and my water bill was higher than usual as I walked around the dining room and into the living room the floor was so hot I thought let me give nick a call he said he's in the area he'll stop by not even a hour later he came to my house nick told me I have a slab leek he told me don't worry your homeowners insurance will cover this nick and Zack both assured me that everything was going to be ok they will take care of all the plumbing repair my entire home had to be repiped it was a big job nick and Zack did a wonderful job and I would not use any other plumbers except nick and Zack thank you guys for helping me

Had a Bradford and White 50 Gallon gas hot water heater installed 4 years ago from another plumbing company in Las Vegas. After four short years, my hot water tank died and was still in warranty. Called the original plumber and they could not get to for at least two days which meant the girlfriend and I would have to stay in a hotel.

I decided to look around and called On Time Service Plumbing. Nick took the call and Zack soon showed up to swap out my water heater. I know a thing or two about plumbing though not an expert but if I had before and after pics, you would definitely see the professional work and installation done by Zack as compared to the previous plumber that was somewhat of a hack and did a sloppy install.

Zack properly re-routed pipes as needed and wrapped them as well. Left my garage clean too unlike other contractors that have been to the house.

Great service! At 1:30 AM my water heater decided to leak tons of water all over the garage. I called a few plumbing companies on yelp and no one answered their phone even though it says 24 hours. I finally tried On Time Service Plumbing based on their great reviews. Nick answered the call and instructed me on how to stop the water from flowing out. Because he was so helpful I decided to call later in the morning to get a quote on a replacement and give them my business. Zack arrived on time and completed the job. Zack was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to talk to. Even my parents were happy with his service and the completed job. I recommend giving them a call you won't be disappointed!

These guys are great. Came to my house the same day I called. Within 2 hrs of calling them. They even face timed me because I wasn't there to see the actual issue that occurred that lead to my yard flooding. They even took pictures to show me the before and afters. Thanks to these guys, my water bill will not be sky rocket high and my plumbing issue is fixed.

Called Nick today to ask him if he was available to help me fix my leaking shower, he gave me a time & estimated price, and then he gave me the solution to the problem that i was having. Took his advice & my problem was solved! Goes to show that this man is a true customer oriented professional who truly values his clients. Not all plumbers are the same! Next time I need something I can't tackle on my own, Nick will be the plumber I call.

Great service! My water heater stopped working late at night, I called OnTime Service and they were able to come check it out the very next morning. They were very professional, explained in detail exactly what had happened and what I needed to do to get it fixed. I would defiantly recommend them! Thanks guys

Sends you to ""24 Hour Plumbing Company""..don't worry...call them......I called them on a Saturday night with a kitchen sink/garbage disposal problem...the guy on the phone says ""you probably don't need me"" and walked me thru it..problem solved!!! No charge!!! These guys deserve your business!!!!!

Nick and Zach are God sent. I'm a navy vet living the Vegas Valley 13yrs now. We just had moved into the house a couple weeks and we started our plumbing issues. We had 2 other plumbers sent from home warranty that weren't able to diagnose the problem. Nick within the same amount of time executed a solution . Nick and Zach were sent by the home warranty company to fix some broken valves in my house. I added on some extra things that the warranty did not cover and they gave me a fair price for the extra work. They were extremely nice and helpful.
