The phone was answered promptly on an early Saturday morning. We were able to get same day service for a locked up garbage disposal/clogged drain. He solved the problem and said we didn't need a new disposal at this time. This family business will be our first call for a plumber in the future.

I just wanna say what an awesome job they did. We needed an emergency plumber and we called them in the morning and we're super helpful, they came out of their way to make sure they took care of our issue as soon as possible. My water heater started leaking literally on the day I was moving out of my house. Talk about bad timing and unnecessary stress! I was referred to Nick by a friend who's used him for years, and now I see why! Nick immediately answered the phone. Within 90 minutes he was at my house for an inspection and estimate. He came back around 6 pm the same day (on a Friday no less) and him and his assistant worked until after dark to install the new water heater. The install was perfect, and they even fixed some of the not-so-great parts of the original install when the house was built. Both Nick and his assistant were incredibly no-nonsense and respectful. They texted me an estimate of when they'd return, then again when they were on their way. They even hosed down my entire driveway when the job was complete because they ""dripped some sediment from the old heater"" on it. It was SUCH a relief to have the issue fixed so quickly and by someone with such great communication. Nick is my new Vegas plumber!

I don't even know where to begin. It's a long post so I'll start by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH NICK!!!! Not only did you save me money, you saved me from losing my mind lol. Please everyone keep reading. Don't go to any other plumping company I highly recommend this one and I'm very picky and honest!

The new year is not starting off good I'm already dealing with so much then my shower breaks and here I am thinking ""I can fix it"". I went to Home Depot to buy a new cartridge and the sales person told my just wiggle the old one and it should come right out. WRONG! It broke in half! I finally call another plumber coming out to look at it, he then tells me I broke it, this can't be fixed. I was about to cry.

I don't like to give up so I went at it again and took me 1 day to remove the old cartridge, I mean everything and it was not easy! I felt accomplished. Finally I put the new cartridge in and of course it won't go in so I put more oil that came with it and slowly it goes in. Finally towards the end it stops and now the cartridge won't completely go in, I figured I don't have to put the pin back it's only 1 inch, I was wrong. Turn the water back on and water kept splashing everywhere after hours of banging and water all over me and my bathroom, I gave up. The next day I was able to push the cartridge all the way in with lots more banging and pounding then broke somehow broke my Phillip screwdriver. Finally put the pin and turned the water back on and this time success water isn't spraying everywhere I thought I did the job. Putting everything back together I was happy then the knob wasn't working it kept turning and turning water on the shower head was not turning off. Took everything out again and slowing touched the pin and it sprayed out, pin fell in side the hole in the wall. At this point I'm ready to cry so I said screw it I'll call another plumber.

I found Nick on google called him after hours and he replied right away, he was very friendly, sweet and professional. He sent someone to my house early morning and the plumber himself was also sweet and friendly. It only took him less than an hour to fix. Called nick to thank him and he even lowered the price because I've been through a lot. Moral of the story is ""don't to it your self CALL A PLUMBER CALL NICK"" I could of saved money since I bought two cartridges because I broke one, I wasted 2 days not eating, not spending time my kids and stressing myself out. All that was $100 bucks and 30 mins of their time. Again thank you so much Nick I can relax now and spend time with my kids, thank you!

Nick came to my house on time and helped me out with low water pressure , said it was an easy fix and did not charge me , when do you ever get service like that ? I am really impressed with this company.They are honest,quick to respond and most important they get the job done right ! I'm the kind of person who worry's a lot and can easily dwell on things to the point that I'll lose sleep over it...I did not lose any sleep here with this company.I totally trust their work.Nick,Zack,Tony and Nick jr put all my worry's to rest after the first visit,, they took care of everything needed as I could easily concentrate at work and family while all the work is being done in my home the right way ! Do not go with another company you will get ripped off period.

On Time Service Plumbing came highly recommended from oNe of my co worker. I called spoke with Nick he responded exceptionally fast. He came by the house within a few hours. The water company told me I had a leak that is why my water bill is $750. Nick came and didn't find a leak. Such a great help! I know a lot of shady plumbers in Las Vegas area that was trying to charge me and dig holes in my yard for $200 to tell me I don't have a leak. Great company very professional with quick results. Thank you for beIng honest and not all about me.
