These guys are awesome! I called them on a Saturday morning and they showed up exactly when I asked, were friendly, professional, intelligent, and worked for a couple of days in order to take care of my plumbing disaster. They definitely made the process less painful than it could have been. Alex was great and texted and called me with updates throughout the time the work was being performed. I even left them in my home unattended and gave them a key as I felt I could trust them completely. They also provided me with a new toilet, totally cleaned up everything and hauled away my old toilet. I highly recommend!

I hired On Time Rooter to descale my tankless water heater system. They were on-time and courteous, wore shoe covers (that they brought themselves) and while waiting for the descaling also cleaned out some of my sink drains instead of just waiting around.
