My kitchen sink wouldn't drain the water and several companies came to tell me that I needed to replace the waste pipes and it was going to cost thousandths. But this company came the same day we called and fixed the problem with their snake! We are so grateful especially during this difficult time. The price was amazing. Thank you Cesar! He said the pipes looked good and took his time to unclog the issue.

Adrian and Cesar were very quick to respond and they were able to come out and get started right away within an hour of reaching out. My restroom pipes had been backed up and flooded completely, unfortunately the solution wasn't simple and they had to try multiple methods of clearing the drain. They were very patient and professional even after spending hours of their time on this issue. Eventually Adrian and Cesar were were able to remove the clog in the sewer and provided solutions for how it can be avoided in the future. They are very detailed in their explanation, efficient with their work, and fair in their price. I had a great experience with them, I would recommend and trust them again for future work.

Excellent experience with On time rooter. They responded very quickly to our message for a request to come out to an on-site estimate. They were able to report the following morning and quickly assessed our issue and provided us with an estimate. We agreed for them to come in later in the day to complete the work. They ran a brand new water line to our refrigerator and fixed a dripping shower head. The price was fair and the repair was done within the day. Will call on them again if needed.

Awesome service. Had an issue with our upstairs toilet and two people came out super fast. They were able to fix the problem within 20 mins. He arrived prepared with all the necessary parts after he asked us to send us pictures and a description of the problem that had disabled running water throughout our whole house.
