I have used them 3 times for work thru American Home Shield and have been very happy each time. 2 times for clogged pipes that were resolved quickly. The first time they came the serviceman told me he could smell gas. Got the gas co out and he said I had a substantial leak. I lost my sense of smell a few years back so I feel the plumber possibly saved my life. They came back out and checked all the gas pipes for leaks and found I had multiple leaks. It also seemed that at some point the HVaC system had been put in around the gas pipes which created an access problem. On Time replumbed the pipes so that they can be easily accessed and I was very happy with their work.

Dishonest company! Do not use! I had an Inspection report done in March before purchasing this house. Outside plumbing in good condition stated on the report. I used this faucet for 2 months and this plumber came out and told me my pipe busted due to freezing in June! There wasn't any freezing weather in June! He was only interested in trying to charge me 3 times more than the amount paid!! The going rate for plumbers in this area is $65-$75 hour. He tried to say this wasn't covered because my pipe froze in June and I owed $250. Then sent me a bill for $500 for 1 hour work. DISHONEST DO NOT USE!!!

Avoid at all costs. Bill for service not completed. Would not recommend. They partner with home warranty companies so be sure to request someone different.

These people are just plain dishonest. They are difficult to schedule because they give all day windows. We had a horrible experience when booked with them through American Home Warranty service. Essentially, they are attempting to bill for a service they did not perform because they did not meet their service window.

They have lied to us and the home warranty company about the circumstances of this claiming they agreed to a 6 pm appointment and because we told them that was too late we cancelled. They NEVER committed to anything other than 8-6 and we were there during that time. We had to call at the end to see when they were coming but the technician said we weren't even on his list! He offered to come on over, but we said don't bother as you would now be after 6. Now they deny and try to claim they scheduled at 6 when they refused to commit to any time window other than 8-6.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!
