Update on On Time Plumbing, I called AHS and they are putting this incompetent company on their ""No Call List"" at least that is what they told me. Hopefully no one else has to go through the same thing I did.

DO NOT repeat DO NOT let these clowns into your home. AHS warranty service sent them to unclog a kitchen sink drain in my house. The kid who came had no idea what he was doing. He spent 45 minutes and used two machines to no avail attempting to clear the clog through the clean out port under the sink. Finally he said he would have to talk to AHS because he could not clear the drain, He also said that we would have to install an outside clean out port to do so.
He did not contact AHS for over two days during which time the drain was still clogged. AHS later stated in writing that he told them that the job could not be completed because there was no ""accessible ground level clean out"" port which was a downright lie. Two days earlier he spent 45 minutes trying to clear the stoppage using an ""accessible ground level clean out"" port which incidentally had been successfully used previously numerous times by other plumbers to clear similar leaks,
After numerous calls to AHS they agreed to sending another plumber to get a second opinion. When the second plumber arrived he could not believe that On Time Plumbing could not clear the blockage and using the same ""clean out"" port as the 1st plumber cleared the blockage in 10 minutes. Now, believe it or not, On Time Plumbing is billing me for a service call?

Again, DO NOT repeat DO NOT let these clowns into your home. They didn't do any damage to my house but who knows what they could do to yours!

On Time was sent to me by our home warranty company. Read the reviews on here and tried to call the warranty company to switch, but couldn't. Turned out to be a non issue.
Robert was my plumber. He was on time and called me when he got to the house since I wasn't home yet. He patiently waited a few minutes until I got home and was very professional.
He quickly identified the problem, grabbed the tools he needed, explained the work he needed to do, and then cleaned everything up. Robert made the job look quick and easy.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! This company does not deserve one single star! They are the rudest people I've ever encountered! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! There is such a lack of professionalism and customer service! Thank you Liz & Omid for such a crap Job!!!! Robert the plumber! You're mother should be ashamed!!!!!! AHS should cancel the contract with On Time Plumbing ASAP!!!!!!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before scheduling with this company. Old Republic Home Warranty Company assigned On Time Plumbing for our pipe leak repair.

The plumber arrived within the time frame which was fine but as soon as he got out of the car he had a huge attitude problem. It's so weird. I've never had anyone treat me with such distain as this young man. I was pleasant and offered him something to drink because I mean, heck, we all have off days, right? Maybe he just needed someone to show him some courtesy. It didn't matter how polite I tried to be, from the moment he stepped in the house to the moment he stepped out he treated me and my family with condescension.

He was able to locate the leak in our pipe but informed the Home Warranty company that it was a ""code violation"" which would therefore void any coverage by the warranty company, which he knew since he would get paid $250 cash by us rather than lesser fee (usually around $95) he's contracted with the warranty for. He didn't even KNOW the code when specifically asked.

Furthermore he said that he'd have to go to the store to purchase the supplies for the repair. What?! Seriously?! You don't even have the tools you need to fix a common pipe leak?

He was arrogant and semi-hostile, unknowledgeable and didn't carry the basic tools and materials needed to fix a common problem. Thanks for wasting my time with your unpleasant personality and inexpertise.

We had problems with the toilet flush. AHS picked On Time Plumbing. Robert showed up on time, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the flapper and flush valve stopper with a new kit. The flush works very nicely now. He was on time and was very nice and friendly. Thanks.

I wish I can give this company 0 stars, total scam and Rip Off!
American Home Shield sent On Time plumber and I paid $75 to look at plumbing in my house. Plumber they send was so nice, but don't make it fool you, he will skim your 75 dollars and will disappear. He will makeup stories to AHS to make sure claim is denied. Shame on you, that is not the way to make money. Totally dishonest people.

I have had the workers from On Time sent to my house for plumbing issues several times from AHS. The first time they said that they needed to replace the O-Ring on my toilet to stop leaking from under the toilet. Great job, no problem. That is until the about 3 months later when AHS sent another company out. The new company told me that the O-ring was not replaced by the previous guy from On Time. A couple of months ago, AHS sent On Time again for a clog in my bathroom sinks. The repairman from On Time said that it was a problem in my drain and that because I had no clean out they would have to rip my wall apart to replace a pipe for $750. I showed them where the clean out is and he told me I was wrong. I told them forget it and we have been living without bathroom sinks since then. Today all the pipes in my house decided to clog and AHS thankfully sent out someone else. Unfortunately, this guy told me that the clean out (which On Time said was not a clean out) only goes one way and they would need to remove a toilet to snake the line. They also wanted to charge me an additional cost, but at least it was only $250. Well I am not so sure I want to keep AHS anymore for fear they will send On Time for any additional plumbing issues. I also agree with everyone else's assessment of the dispatching staff as they last time they were to come out I got a sour attitude from the dispatcher that wanted to send someone that day who was in my area and I disagreed because, like the rest of the world, I work and could not cancel all the appointments I had booked that day and I had the audacity to ask them to come out the next day instead. BTW I found another plumber on my own who is charging me less to do the job. Starting to rethink the whole home warranty issues when they keep raising the service fee and their monthly cost. Might as well save my money and just hire reputable people on my own.

My hot water heater broke and On Time Plumbing was referred to me through American Home Shield. After reading the yelp reviews, I asked to change companies but they insisted I give them a try. On Time sent a plumber out right away who immediately assessed that I needed a new heater. They gave me a time slot for the next day. The water heater was installed and ended up not working. The owner of the company came to my house himself to try and figure out the issue. The next day he sent someone to correct the crossed pipe flows and the problem was fixed. The owner called for follow up. I now have hot water. I found them thorough, pleasant, reliable and reasonable. I would gladly use them again.

They did not seem to want to work, they took our money for consultation and said they would get back to us on some quotes. They did nothing. They also had an attitude when they came to look at our issue. They were two plumbers and one contradicted the other. Strange experience indeed.. Would not call them again.
