Today 6/2/2021, First, when I tried to make appointement, no one pick up the phone, the message box is full. Then, after 3 days they called me to schecule appointement. The Technician sent by On Time Plumbing was not professional. He arrived late then, just he showed up to reject the claim. He did not bring tools and he did not inspect it properly just told me the leak is not covered under my policy by AHS and asked me to pay him $250 cash right now to stop the leak. Very sad! Wasting time and money. This is under AHS service warranty.

This company responded to my residence on a contract basis via AHS company. Oleg was the supposed plumber but all he did was test the pilot light and then stated that the igniter was bad and I needed an Gas Drip Leg. He did nothing to the water heater. He then sent his diagnosis to AHS saying that the motherboard was bad do to miss use. The problem I have how did he come up with this diagnosis when all he did was try and light the pilot light. Note the water hasn't been disturbed since it was installed in 12/2008. Don't what caused him to tell a mistruth, maybe because I didn't want to pay $250 for the Gas drip leg. Oh by the way I went to Lowe's got the parts for the Gas drip leg for $9.50 and it took 15 minutes to install.

American Home Shield sent this company out - and for the second time - they are awful. The plumber arrived without any identification. Unprofessional. He didn't want to take his shoes off or put on booties. He said he couldn't do the job because AHS wouldn't approve what needed to be done. The plumber was trying to up sell me (which many of AHS vendors do). If they are assigned to you - ask for another company. I would give a minus number rating if I could. American Home Shield should take this company off their list of vendors. AHS has been getting worse over the years and the Attorney General in all states should take a look at their practices.

This company was sent by to my house Home Shield to perform a simple repair on a leaky faucet. They showed up with a couple of tools and no intention of performing any work. They informed us that our pipes had glue so the service could not be performed without approval from AHS. They then turned around and told AHS that the leak was caused by unnatural wear and tear. They left us with a bigger leak than we initially had and walked out with the $75 fee. Scam

While they may arrive on time they have no idea ehat they are doing. They tell everyone that the repair isnt covered by warranty and then jack up prices.

Guy shows up with nothing but a wrench. No tools. And no paperwork.

AHS has sent them 2x. Both times we had to find another plumber pay ourselves and get reimbursed because on time lied to AHS.

There is a reason it has two stars. RUN as fast as you can. They don't answer the phone. Their mailbox is full. So unprofessional. The person who came out totally gave the wrong diagnosis and tried to upcharge us. I wish I read their reviews first. Horrible!!

Update... Paid $609 for the water heater @ Homedepot . Cost $450 for the install. I was informed by a licensed Plumber that there were no code issues with my install. Further proof that (On Time Plumbing) is nothing but a bunch of crooks and so is American Home Shield. BEWARE of both of these companies .

Oleg was great! Showed up earlier than expected, very professional and informative. Fixed my kitchen faucet clog quickly and took another look at the other faucets in the bathrooms too. What great service! I tried fixing myself but wasted my time. Should have called first. I'll definitely use them in the future! My new go-to plumber now! Thank you Oleg!

On Time is very unprofessional. The only business they get is through AHS. They came out and said my water heater needed to be replaced, fair enough. But then they cited $900 worth of code violations that I needed to pay ahead of time. Sounds like a scam to me. Now, they are no where to be found. I called all day on a Monday and no one answers the phone. Run from these people!

AHS provided this plumber to fix our hot water tank. We were told they have up to 48 hours to respond to the service call. We waited and waited and never heard anything from this plumber. We left several messages and so did AHS but he never responded. Mind you a hot water tank is a serious issue and this guy couldn't bother to even respond. We were charged the $100 service fee from this plumber and never heard a thing.
AHS made us wait beyond the 48 hours in order to find someone else. Don't use this plumber and I recommend not using AHS either. They contract with cheap vendors who don't have incentive to respond to their claims since they pay AHS a percentage of their revenue. I wish I could put 0 stars
