I had a leaking water heater. The plumber came within 15 mins of calling them. It turns out a drain pipe was just loose and they tightened it up. I tried to pay them for the service call , but they wouldn't take it. I will call them again anytime I need a plumber.

I have had great experiences with On-time Plumbing. Isidoro is knowledgeable and he/his crew does a great job. I had used him 4 times, (each time thinking I am going to write a review & now finally typing one up) from replacing a low flush toilet, shower faucet, replacement of a badly corroded pipe that led to blockage, and replacement of old water heater. Their price is reasonable and Isidoro truly believes in providing excellent customer service. If I ever is in need of plumbing service in the future, I would definitely use them again.

On Time Plumbing did a great job installing a new toilet in my home in August, 1915. Met me at Home Depot, hauled the new toilet to my home, carried it up a flight of stairs, removed and disposed of the old toilet and installed the new one perfectly. All for about $200! The other day, the wash basin in my bathroom was draining slowly, and my toilet was backed up. I phoned On Time at about 8:30 am, they wer there at about 11:00, and finished the job promptly. I highly recommend On Time Plumbing!

I had a bad shower & tub backup. 3 plumbers tried to snake it and said it was not possible after trying for a long period. One is a 3* (home warranty assigned) & the other a 4* (called by me after reviewing their Yelp ratings) company. The plumbers were giving me quotes of between $3K - $7K to cut through our wall and ceiling downstairs to replace the pipes. A person I know recommended On-Time plumbing when they heard about my woes. I called them intending to get an estimate for them to cut the pipes out. They sent Luis within an hour. He looked at the problem and said he was going to snake it. I thought it was going to be a waste of time and wanted to just get the quote. Unlike the other two plumbers, he kept slowing the snake down, stopping it, and moving it forward and backward. He said the trick was getting it to go down the correct direction. 15-20 minutes later, he was successful. He said it was a difficult one, but he got it. Needless to say, I will be calling them first next time. They saved me thousands of dollars. When I called the office to compliment Luis, the owner said he's been working in the field for 19 years. Experience definitely pays off. Great job guys!

The seal on my toilet broke. Someone picked up when I called and was very responsive. They gave me a fair quote over the phone and had a appointment for within the hour. Luis showed up within 20 min after the initial call, he was professional and quickly fixed the seal within 30 min. Very happy with results I will definitely use them again!

Called On Time plumbing for a clogged toilet, they had someone out here in 30 minutes. When the plumber flushed the toilet, it worked fine, even though it had not worked all morning. They did not charge us for the visit. Will definitely call them next time we need a plumber.

My Kitchen's waste disposal system was not working when I decided to call On time plumbing. They were fast in setting up the appointment and did their work well. Atlast, we found that it was a dime which was stuck in the waste disposal. He took hold of the situation nicely and plucked the dime out. I am happy with their service and would call them again if I get any problem in plumbing.

I had a broken water main that was a big mess. I needed help right away and got multiple bids from plumbers nobody had recommended to me because it was a huge project with a large price tag. They gave me a good price and came the next day and finished the job. I can't say enough good things about Isidoro and his team, and a big thank you to Frank for being so great too! I really can't speak highly enough about Isidoro and his team. He was recommended to me by our real estate agent and I couldn't be more grateful. We have been remodeling for the past 4 months so have had many people come through the house (plumbing, electrical, glass, attic, etc..) and Isidoro and his team have been great.

He converted the entire house from galvanized to new copper for a great price and explained everything along the way including pros and cons of doing it one way vs another. Our contractor said he would use his plumber to do all the ""finish"" plumbing. A big mistake of mine. The contractor's plumber was terrible (ruined 2 faucets, left the master bath and kitchen without water because he couldn't figure out how to fix the faucets, hooked up to old galvanized pipes at one point). Anyway long story short, we called Isidoro back and he came and fixed everything. He actually even came out on a Saturday since we had no water to our showers or kitchen.

Promptness- He really bends over backwards to accommodate.
