On Time Plumbing is great! They charge reasonably and are really on time. They got to the location of a problem happening with my water heater that even PG&E refused service to, and their service was exceptional.

Called for help at 9.30am and was promised a 1pm service call. Frank showed up on time and evaluated the problem. Credit to Frank for fixing the existing water heater instead of just replacing it and charging the full amount. Frank saved us $1000 by caring about the situation.

We had a 130 foot, 70 year old main sewer line that had filled with roots and wasn't level anymore. It had to be completely replaced which required half trenchless and half a brand new trench. I got multiple estimates and the On Time Plumbing team was very competitive. They did the work efficiently, ""on time"" :-), and with excellent attention to detail and very high quality. I would recommend them to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

Their guy charged $125 and did not fix the clogged toilet. Said he might need to take apart the toilet which will cost much more. The next plumber we called unclogged it in a few minutes. Beware!

Water heater out. Called OTP. Came out within 2 hours. Heater was at the end of its life. Got it replaced. Worked FAST, and neatly. When he was done, the only way you could tell he'd been there was the new water heater.

Boom. It don't get better than that.

I had to call you guys because my apartment manager was too cheap to hire a plumber to snake out my tub, so I had to call a plumber myself. You guys were right there, and not very expensive compared to other plumbers, either.

Quick, courteous, careful. Called 5p for a gas valve installation and Isidoro took care of it the next morning. Turned gas on and off very carefully, showed me everything he was doing to test for leaks. Responsive and came down on price when I asked about the charge for 2nd man to move the washer. Will definitely call them again.
