The seal on my toilet broke. Someone picked up when I called and was very responsive. They gave me a fair quote over the phone and had a appointment for within the hour. Luis showed up within 20 min after the initial call, he was professional and quickly fixed the seal within 30 min. Very happy with results I will definitely use them again!

Called On Time plumbing for a clogged toilet, they had someone out here in 30 minutes. When the plumber flushed the toilet, it worked fine, even though it had not worked all morning. They did not charge us for the visit. Will definitely call them next time we need a plumber.

My Kitchen's waste disposal system was not working when I decided to call On time plumbing. They were fast in setting up the appointment and did their work well. Atlast, we found that it was a dime which was stuck in the waste disposal. He took hold of the situation nicely and plucked the dime out. I am happy with their service and would call them again if I get any problem in plumbing.

I had a broken water main that was a big mess. I needed help right away and got multiple bids from plumbers nobody had recommended to me because it was a huge project with a large price tag. They gave me a good price and came the next day and finished the job. I can't say enough good things about Isidoro and his team, and a big thank you to Frank for being so great too! I'm so happy to have found them. They explained everything and were very patient. I'm very grateful!

I really can't speak highly enough about Isidoro and his team. He was recommended to me by our real estate agent and I couldn't be more grateful. We have been remodeling for the past 4 months so have had many people come through the house (plumbing, electrical, glass, attic, etc..) and Isidoro and his team have been great.

He converted the entire house from galvanized to new copper for a great price and explained everything along the way including pros and cons of doing it one way vs another. Our contractor said he would use his plumber to do all the ""finish"" plumbing. A big mistake of mine. The contractor's plumber was terrible (ruined 2 faucets, left the master bath and kitchen without water because he couldn't figure out how to fix the faucets, hooked up to old galvanized pipes at one point). Anyway long story short, we called Isidoro back and he came and fixed everything. He actually even came out on a Saturday since we had no water to our showers or kitchen.

Quality of work- Excellent
Price- fair
Promptness- He really bends over backwards to accommodate.

Eddy was amazing! We had a sudden flood at our place of business, and Eddy was there within 20 minutes late on a Saturday afternoon.

It's been several weeks, and we have experienced no more issues, thanks to Eddy's quick work and excellent repairs.

I may have to update this review, as my situation is a little odd and the work is not yet totally complete. I called On Time this morning, spoke with Isidoro, with a plumbing emergency. He was able to come out this afternoon at 2:30. Thank heavens! I had a horrifyingly bad leak in the shower, so bad I had to shut the water off at the house. I needed quick and good service.

I had already purchased a new fixture for Isidoro to use to replace the old fixture by the time he arrived.

When Isidoro took off the old fixture, he said he could repair this one and my price would go down from $600 to $300. I agreed, with the understanding that the ""fix"" would look and work the same as the fixture had a week before the leak started.

3 hours later, while my plumbing repair worked and no more leak, the fixture looks a little bit McGyvered (not pretty), with a plastic piece showing that should be covered with a trim, and also my body sprays suddenly don't work any longer. A big bummer.

However, the reason for the 5 stars is that Isidoro said that after 3 hours of work, he would not charge me at all because he can could tell I wasn't happy with the look of it and the sprays not working. He said that maybe he can find a part that covers the plastic so that it looks better. This may take a few days.

Still, Isidoro gets 5 stars just for coming out quickly today (10 other plumbers I called could not do that), doing the work and offering to not charge me because I'm not completely happy. This is pride in one's work and a genuine concern for the client. He was genuinely trying to do me a favor by saving me money. What he didn't know is that I like things to look ""pretty"" in the end and so I was a bit disappointed. He is honest and a good man - that goes a long way in my book.

I told him to please find the part and we will come to some agreement on the payment but to rest assured that he would be paid something for his time, regardless if he can make it look good and the sprays not work. Had I known that the repair wouldn't look good and not work entirely in the end, I would have opted for the new fixture, even with the added cost. But to not have 5 gallons of water gushing out every 5 minutes is truly a godsend. How stressful in this drought! I am sincerely grateful for his effort.
